Their coverage (If you want to call it that) covers next to nothing. What exactly am I paying for?

Terrible customer service, will not approve any proceedure. Need even if you are in severe pain. Good luck if you need help with anything.

Have had health insurance coverage through Group Marketing Services for many years now. Have been great and easy to work with. Is very reassuring talking to local people and receiving individualized service as opposed to the chaos of other insurance companies that are much too large for their own good. Group Marketing has also saved me a lot of money!

Very upset....past employees are now calling me about health insurance insufficient funds for their families...
I recently shut down my business march 30 2020 after 27 years due to the economy and covid 19....with that said our employees continued to deduct their weekly portion for group marketing health insurance and my company kept our premiums current right until the end...I thought everything was ok since I got a Group marketing statements that explained we have a credit....but nothing was sent to employees that GM would not cover anyone including me....I then get a $5900 invoice for what I don't know because now the GM staff, controller or anyone has the guts to at least return my calls, VM, text or emails. Typical insurance memory problems.
Be careful with this company especially if you are having tough times in tough times.
