After a visit by both my pregnant daughters to this shop on Saturday I am left feeling completely empty and heartbroken as a mother . Not only was the sales assistant disconnected and aloof but failed to recognise that these first time mothers in need of guidance and expertise were left completely disheartening by the whole experience. They were willing to spend a large amount of money to cater for all their new babies needs but sadly found that the assistants lack of professionalism and empathy has resulted in a loss to both parties, one financially the other emotionally. They have now found the same items on line at a much more competitive rate and will not be returning to that shop again ..

They have been very helpful, especially at this time during lockdown. We booked a virtual tour of the showroom through their website and it was brilliant! Was worried about purchasing our pram without being able to see it in person but doing this reassured us and ticked every box. We can t wait to receive our items!

Very good experience in buying our first stroller travel system and car seat. We booked an appointment to view some shortlisted strollers in-store and got ample time to test them out properly. After a few weeks of deciding we made up our mind and also had a few alternative quotes back and forth with Ashleigh by email. I have found their pricing very competitive and customisable. Once ordered online the stroller was delivered within 1 week and we were also given the option to have the shop keep the goods until required. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Having just purchased a Nuna Mixx travel system from Groovystyle Baby Equipment I can t rate them highly enough, ordered Wednesday and delivered Thursday, Natasha who I was dealing with via email was quick to respond to queries and very thorough.

We were really impressed by the service at groovystyle baby. Having filled out a form prior to the appointment made it so that we spent all our time focused on the items we needed and liked that everything was set up and ready to go. We were the only ones in the shop and found watching Ashleigh demo the pushchair really useful before trying it ourselves. Ashleigh was really helpful and gave us plenty of time to try out the products and feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend any new parent wanting to purchase a pushchair to come here as they are very competitive with pricing and are very knowledgeable about their products.

Expert advice, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was very impressed by last visit and the way they took their time explaining all the pros and cons to the seats we were wondering about plus very clear instructions on how to properly clip it in. You can even try it for yourself before you buy, on the test passenger seat in the shop. Really positive experience. Fingers crossed it's our last car seat, but I'd definitely recommend to anyone.

Great service from a very friendly and helpful team. They accommodated us for an appointment, answered all of our questions and followed up with brilliant communication after we placed our order. Our items arrived within a day or two of ordering. I'll definitely be doing all of my baby equipment shopping here!
