Grohe India Pvt Ltd. Review

I am a very Senior Architect from SPA, Delhi. Now I do my own large real estate projects under the name Santur Projects. I had terrible experience with grohe. The company is full of idiots with no commitments. They wasted my precious 2 months and did not deliver the goods even for the sample flat. Really disgusting experience.

I am using a number of products of Grohe. My experience is not good. About 15 days back the diverter started leaking and on the visiting technician told that the cartridge has to be changed it will cost approx 3000/- though the product was under warranty. On making an online complaint, I was told that the company will replace the same if I could sent them the copy of the purchase bill which was sent immediately to the local incharge. Now even after sending the same 10 days back, the diverter has not yet been repaired and there is no further response from the company.

Grohe claims to provide service in 24 hours after registering your call at toll free number. However actually their ill-tempered plumber will not attend call in 48 hours. They even will close your complaint without even rendering it. Very poor service for such expensive products. Even at call center they will not provide superior number or addresses neither they are mentioned on their site. Do not buy product where they upfront charge you for service and they do not provide it.

we got the jet sprays installed in three bathrooms and all of them had got some problems in a month..Moreover they take a week to replace it and do nit understand that such fittings should be replaced on urgent basis.

i have purchased F digital deluxe for my own use on march 2014 recomended by stapati architects and service installation where excellent when i reported complaint four months back on may techinan visited for rectifying complaint thy answering next month, next month still the main techincal person sudhansu not come till today now telling this month last ,no person is responding such best company ,thy spoil coustmers
pls rectify
