I have made teh settlement of my temporary loan at fnb on 28 february 2020 ,but even today 20/04/2020 still not transferred to FNB .I called the severally and promised to get it sorted and even fnb called them but still not sorted .I do wonder why the big bank like FNB trust and give them business although they do keep our money with them not sort out with the banks we owe.
They helped me clear my debt with FNB. I like them a lot

Even though I have made the R500.00 payment for last month as arranged she sent me an sms this morning that she is going to hand me over for judgement. They try they best to hlp sometimes it's not they fault it's your bank that your banking with that causes the problem..
With an ongoing complaint with FNB. Or shall I say, as soon as I laid the complaint, due to Bank Costs of R499.00pm when my account was upgraded to a Private Wealth Client [That I didn't approve]. FNB handed the account over to Groenewald Lubbe. I Received the LOD 28 Jan 2021 Contacted them the 3rd Feb after I explained that I was waiting for a Benny, who assured me he will sort the problem out and come back to me. I informed them and had to follow up numerous times regarding the process of the matter. Quality Assurance Manager kept on telling me they are waiting for feedback. While in actual fact. They have compiled a summons on the 17th of February already. I only found the summons on the 18th that was hidden away in my courtyards back gate since the 8th.
It's exactly what you can expect of FNB if they let a customers bank charges accumulate up to R50 000.00 and not give a flying feather about your complaints.
These people are just unbelievable. They never answer the phone and when they do , one is always transferred to someone else whose line is always not available, then someone else will call you and the information is not always correct. And the consultants are very rude.
These debt collectors threaten my pensioner father with the Sheriff, when doing a Google search on them I see they are very scaly operators.
They are extremely rude and have zero people skills. You call to ask for a balance you get threats instead.I have never in my lifetime dealt with such immature and arrogant people. One tries calling them and speaking to them like adults to but they bring out the worst in you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRY adjusting
your attitudes and try to work with your debtor's. You will be Amazed at the results.
They are the worst people to deal with, you pay your account, they harass you and "claim" they did not see the payment.
