Lovely basic rooms with all the needed comfort for business travel. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast (Ask in advance for plant-based options!)

Amazing hotel. Close to lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. The beds are nice and big, super comfy and the pillows are great too. The tv is massive and there are plenty of channels. The staff are really friendly. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. I've been to plenty of hotels over the years and this is by far the best breakfast I've ever had! I'll definitely be back again as I have family who live local that I visit. Thanks for everything.

Very nice home. Room very clean, good bedding. Lunch at will, great choice, until 11:00! Private parking. The Gresham Belson Hotel has helped make our "Capital Getaway" more than enjoyable.

Good room. Unfortunately I think the card is well priced!

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! I was able to explore the surrounding area around the hotel and truly feel that I got a taste of the true Belgium culture with the numerous shops and places to eat. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially getting me to and from the airport. Highly recommend this hotel!

A good hotel within the scope of hotels in the Benelux tour. Near public transport, cafe and market.

No quality 4-star hotel in Turkey. Parking cost 20 euros per day is very expensive. Cleaning was not bad. We didn't eat the food here. I don't know how to do the dishes, but the charges were expensive. The ironing board and the iron in the rooms are a good idea. It was also good to have cattle in it. Centrally located in front of the hotel by bus No. 66 is landing. Just a place to stay.

The room is not big, but the refreshing warmth is not bad, the breakfast is quite a lot of items.

Great customer Service and nice shower. A bit far from center but bus 66, and a night bus for 2 euros bring you right to the door. Breakfast cost 20 euro that are my star down

Nice and historical hotel located in the city of Brussels. The rooms is classical European style which is nice. They also serve nice breakfast with several choices.There is a nice church near the hotel and only small convenient store near the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Relatively old and quite expensive for the offered ... Room Hamburg (Suite) should be brought up to date from the 80s ;-)

We stayed from 30/12 to 02/1.
Nice hotel, well maintained and under renovation. Although we were in the "old" part, it was not noticeable at all.
The bathroom (of which I am very phobic) was new and always kept clean (daily cleaning).
At the reception, always kind and helpful, they helped us with the means and allowed us to leave our suitcases on the day of departure.
I wanted to thank very much the girl who welcomed us whose name unfortunately I don't know, but she made us feel immediately at home.
The hotel is half an hour from the center, reachable in half an hour by bus 66.
We did not use the restaurant.

Breakfast could be better in the rooms there should be more sockets to charge the batteries mini bar has only water bath is clean and contemporary.

I booked this based on previous reviews and would not recommend it to others. Parking is not free and costs EUR 17 for 24 hours . Breakfast if not added to the reservation sets you back by EUR 20 for every person. Where they lost me was when we checked in at 11 pm , they did not advise of a "technical issue" with the central aircon. I had to call them from a warm room to ask for help only to be told nothing could be done for the day. It was a betrayal of trust - i would have understood if you spelt it out upfront. I would not recommend them , the hotel probably does more business with diplomatic travelers than leisure .

Hotel used for business trip. Neighborhood not very welcoming but within reasonable distance of the airport areas. Inside, the service is at the level of a 4 stars very welcoming, the room is also a very good level of comfort. To recommend.

Bathroom very nice, room old-fashioned, bed very modest (extremely soft).

Car parking against cost (well charge) 17 per day, next to a well-circulated crossroads.

Not much eating options otherwise ok. Market, restaurant, cafe, bar and pharmacy are walking distance. Rooms are ok.

This hotel has no service at all. I feel the front desk lady has no function at all. We made a simple request that the windows cannot be locked, (which cause us insecure), and need hotel to send some one to check it. The lady (Costino) lie to us three times and try to send us away. Her lie include, there is only one person serving all rooms, our windows is totally fine, all of the rooms are fully booked. All of the answers are turned out to be lies. After this, the attitude we receive from the front desk lady was " you can sue we if you want".

If you are someone hoping for a nice staying for vacation, this hotel is totally not your choice. The service of this hotel will totally offer you terrible mood. Terrible service, Terrible Attitude, and Terrible Management.

The hotel is clean and tidy staff is helpful and affordable
But the hotel itself has a problem with hotel access and parking especially if you come with groups

Witness a dispute with two clients regarding a security deposit via the credit card. the receptionist refusing to accept any other deposit and claiming that in all the hotels in the world it is so. I allowed myself to intervene because it was getting long to wait for my turn and also to point out to him that another hotel accepts the cash and that he Sometimes hotels do not ask for a deposit without however contradicting it on the internal regulations of the establishment where they are employed. With an arrogance bordering on respect for a client, he begins to yell at clients. I point out to him that there is another way to explain this to the two clients and on this he makes me understand to mind my own business. Frankly a pity that the welcome is not to the extent of the hotel !! Personally I will not come back anymore in this establishment and I recommend if no change. For the catering staff very good welcome and service.

Another pleasure

Two nights stay at this hotel again pleased me. The quality is constant over all visits to this hotel. Staff is friendly. People behind the reception are helpful, and speak Dutch and English well. Breakfast is fine ... and is constantly replenished.

Bed is alright. Not too hard and not too soft. Many channels on TV. No problems with others in the corridor or with neighbors.

There are two rooms per floor that I would not recommend because they are next to the elevator. On the 4th floor that is room 401 and 431. I assume that the room numbers on the other floors are the same.

Free WIFI. Just ask for a separate login code at the reception for each device (eg one for your laptop and one for your phone)

Room tip: Avoid the rooms next to the elevator (40 and 431 on the 4th floor)

Correct hotel in terms of location unfortunately not great

The hotel is located about 10 - 15 min with car from the airport, and quite far from the city center. For drive to and from airport you can book a free hotel shuttle or they will find you other transport to there with costs reimbursement (in my case it was a taxi), while for the traveling to the city center you can use a 30 min drive with bus from a bus station located just across the street (bus nr. 66 for around 2 eur price).
Decent rooms, good breakfast selection and nice hotel stuff.
Hotel bar, fitnes room and elevetors for accessing the rooms on higher floors.
If you need, there is a supermarket and some bars and restaurants nearby.
Overal quite positive experiences for staying there for two nights.

Lovely little hotel, great staff, nice breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. A little far out from the center when using it as a business hotel, otherwise, recommended.

Terrible. 4 star hotel. TV was not working. They promised to check but did nothing. Breakfast could not consist of cheaper products. Hate it

Good Value for money. You have to remember this is not a 5 star hotel and would not recommend for long stays. The airport shuttle and complementary breakfast is a nice feature. However some items in my room were not working. Staff were efficient but not too friendly. Good stop over hotel. Walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbour that sucks. Shuttle driver was texting and driving!

Noisy rooms, equipped with stuff from the 70s and not well maintained. My room wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast not worth the price. Rolls hard and employees were not constantly refilling and left stuff empty for long time. For a >200 per night plus 20 per breakfast definitely not worth that price.

Inconspicuous from the outside, very nice bar, great ambience and service, adequate breakfast and nice rooms

4 star hotel very well located in Evere close to the Leuven road

The rooms are very small. Our tour group hadn't booked king beds even though it should have been obvious that we were mostly couples. I asked to change and the reception flat out said not possible at all. I had to request for at least a cot which took them some time to arrange.

We came back from dinner and had to request again for the cot. I slept apart from my wife that night. Too small and not convenient.

Hotel that is good for business and short stay. Don't expect much from the ground floor restaurant if you want to have dinner. Breakfast in the separate breakfast room is good. Excellent internet but make sure you have a secure connection yourself.

- far from the city center if you plan to walk - 5k. However there's a bus station nearby.
- the area does not seem safe at night

For this money, you can still spend the night there.

The room is clean and tidy, there are many shops nearby, and the location is good.

Getting old, especially the bathroom is no longer possible. Breakfast was good, as was the shuttle service.

Quiet, well-kept hotel, a restaurant with a nice menu. The meal was excellent . An underground car park (paying 17 for 24 hours) but the height of the vehicles is limited (1.70 m) so large 4x4 and suv !! refrain themselves. The staff is very courteous and available.

Free airport shuttle on certain time of the day. Afternoon pickup not available, only after 5pm until 8pm.

The hotel is close to the center; there is an Arab staff; the furniture is rather old; there are parking lots; its prices are mediocre and not cheap.

Good breakfast and room has nice modern bathrooms en suite. Ac also works well. Would stay again. Bit pricey during the week but weekends are under 100 a night.
