Had my 3rd extraction with Dr. Pluckhan last week. For those (like myself) that suffer from fear, anxiety, severe phobia of oral surgery, this is the doctor you need! He is kind, patient & extremely good at what he does. Highly Recommend Dr. Pluckhan & his entire staff. They will take excellent care of you!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Dr. has a calming voice and positive. His assistant nurse is awesome, she would laugh with us and very helpful. I brought both my twin teenagers at the sametime for their wisdom teet procedures, we were busy but they took the time for both of them. Even the Dr personally called us to ask how we are doing after being home couple days.
He knows how to work you past anxiety and uses a calm gentle voice.I felt very well taken care of and the staff are all friendly people. Excellent surgeon
4 of the 5 people in my family have used Dr. Pluckhan over the years for various extractions. He is kind, caring, and makes sure you understand everything. He even called us later to make sure everything was okay (HE called - not the staff). Can't say enough about him!
My sevenl year old had to get 8 teeth pulled. We were told Dr Pluckhan was excellent with kids. We had one initial consultation with him and he seemed very good. However, his front office staff was extremely rude, especially an older blonde short haired woman. She was extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills what so ever. She has no business bealimg with then public. If she is that miserable, maybe she needs to chose another career. Then fast forward a month later to the morning of the surgery. We arrived at 8 am promptly. The staff said they were going to talk out son back and they'd grab us when we were done. We asked if we were going to speak worth Dr Pluckhan before and they seemed annoying. They also told us we could not be with our seven year old while they put him to sleep. I can imagine a seven year old would be extremely afaired before a surgery and would want to be by his parents as long as possible. We asked the assistant if we could see the Dr before and she went to get him. He came in the room and explained that he doesn't let parents in the room because years ago a mother passed out when they were giving the child an IV. I understand that completely. We just thought the Dr would have spoke with us before the surgery. He then told us if we wanted to talk to our dentist and find another surgeon we could. We told him that's not what we wanted. It seemed the assistant might have told him we had a problem. We didn't have a problem at all. Some of the office staff is friendly. And some of the office staff does not have any people skills. The bottom line is that you might want to kind another office to have your procedures done until they figure out how to have customer service. No one wants to feel uncomfortable when your undergoing surgery. Especially children and parents.
