Just finished ultrasound for my 20 weeks baby. I am appreciated! Jacquelyn is a professional and kindness doctor, I feel relaxed and enjoyed this appointment. BTW the location is pretty convenient and all the staffs are friendly. I would highly recommend it.

This location is great. They are quick and straight forward. Because of their quick turnaround I will drive the distance if needed for a quick walk in x-ray any day instead of waiting for long periods close to home. The staff are super nice and friendly. I commended them on how well they deal with patients during Covid. Their process works and keeps everyone safe! Thank you
I had a very good experience getting ultrasound done from here. It was my first time with them. Booking appointment over the phone was easy. 2 days before my appointment, I received an automated reminder call explaining everything I need to do before the appointment, which I think was very thoughtful. There was a long queue when I arrived but the person who was sorting out the queue was very helpful, and since I had an appointment, he let me straight in to check-in. Staff at the reception was kind and on point. I waited barely for 5 minutes before I was called in. The lady who did my ultrasound was very sweet to talk to. She explained everything clearly and was very patient throughout. Washroom was clean and unisex. Place is easily accessible, however parking is difficult. They do have free parking available at rear of building, but it s so small. You d be lucky if you found a spot there. There s street parking too, but again, not easy to find.
All the reviews depend on the day! I had a very good experience. Everyone was calm and they greed you with a smile. The technician was gentle and calm. I would definitely go back to them if needed.
Went here for an ultrasound and the entire experience from booking the appointment, to having the exam, was pleasant and hassle free. Receptionists and technicians that are kind and professional really make a difference!
I've been here few times for X-Ray and Ultrasound, and I was lucky never line-up too long. Ultrasound needs appointments with shorter line-up, X-Ray is by walk in. I was satisfied with my experiences here. P.S. Try to come as early as possible in the morning to avoid line-up. That's my personal experience.
I have been here on multiple occasions. Ultrasounds, mammograms.
Staff have been polite, concise and professional. I recently got my mammogram here. The tech was super nice and friendly. It was done extremely quickly.
Parking in the back is nice. Many Covid protocols in place. I felt very secure and safe getting my tests and scans done there.
Although my doctor did not fax the referral, which caused delays & confusions, the staff at Greig & Associates were careful & efficient in all the scans needed to diagnose my breast cancer. The Mammogram tech knew what she saw so she quickly & discretely booked me a same-day ultrasound. I felt no urgency to book a biopsy but the front desk clerk professionally insisted I accept the next available appt. Dr. Becker kindly and gently handled the biopsies. I've had nothing but incompetence from all other agencies involved in my care, however, Greig & Associates handled all the scanning & imaging in the most professional & efficient manner.
I lined up with my son on a Saturday morning for me to get an x-ray. They would not allow me in with my son. My son is able to sit quietly and watch TV (and wear a mask) while I do things but they would not allow him even in the clinic.
I understand that there are concerns with COVID but this blanket policy is ridiculous. It is discriminatory against those who do not have the means or resources to have someone care for their child while doing a test. As one of the only places even open on the weekend for x-rays, they told me to come back when I did not have my son.
Another example of how the pandemic and social structures disproportionately effects women and children. Get your act together, Grieg.
