Just awful. Avoid: Feel like we have been scammed. Paid 50% for PRA up front, attended , no issues, confirmed we would have report by end of the week. Still waiting, despite the following:
• Promised PRA report within 5 days (from 24th June) – did not materialise
• Promised PRA report within additional 7 days from 29th June - did not materialise
• Promised PRA report following phone call on Friday 4th July whereby report and invoice were promised verbally ‘before 17:00 hours that day’ - did not materialise
• Promised immediate PRA report via email on condition on full payment request via Mr Tong that was honoured immediately on Monday 7th July - did not materialise
• Promised PRA report on Tuesday 8th July having been ‘called out of office on urgent business the previous day’ - did not materialise
Paid outstanding amount on Monday as was informed by OT report ready. still waiting. There is a tight window on Bat season ( as OT explained) - do NOT get caught out like us. I am now in contact with Trading Standards
