My husband and I custom ordered the bronco sport back in February. It was delayed three times and we didn't actually receive it until October. But this review is not about the delays. We understand that there were chip issues and covid issues. Our one-star review comes from the lack of communication from Greenway Ford. They never informed us when our vehicle was delayed. We always had to reach out to them and wait for a call back. Our sales associate did not have up-to-date information. The next person we were passed to gave us wrong information. And when we spoke with the general manager, he said he would get things taken care of and get us assistance from Ford. He told me he would call me the next day, but never did. When I tried to reach back out, he would not return my calls. When we finally were able to purchase the vehicle, our sales associate couldn't remember why he took money off of the listed price back in February. He even asked us why he did it. We gave him an honest explanation and he refuted it. We felt as though we paid too much for such poor service. The very last issue we had was a day after signing all the paperwork, Greenway Ford called me several times, back to back, because they had forgotten to have us sign something. So then it was my responsibility to print it out and return it back to them. It appeared that every department of greenway Ford was lacking professionalism and customer service. We will never purchase another vehicle from them, nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know.
