At Greenway Ford I was met with friendly service. The staff promptly addressed my issues with my 2013 Ford Flex and got me right in at my scheduled appointment. My car was fixed in what appeared to be no time at all and I was off. Thank you so much for your professionalism, and efforts to make my recall on my toe link suspension painless as possible.

Wow! I was shocked how helpful Faysal was too my wife and I. He was committed to getting us into the car we originally came to buy, despite us not liking the final price. These guys really want to work with and don't push you away. Also the process was way faster than any other dealer I've been to; mostly because everything was PAPERLESS, how smart and amazing.

Ryan assisted with my service and I was also establishing a new dealership in the area. If the other staff members are as helpful as Ryan, I will continue to use Greenway Ford for future maintenance and vehicle purchases in the future!!

Our Salesman Faysal Assisted us in buying a new Timberline Explorer. He was a great, friendly and very motivated salesman. making it a healthy, positive, no pressure environment. He was very helpful with negotiations allowing us to take our time browse the options we chose, and go home with the vehicle we wanted. I have bought along with helped friends with negotiations at many Fords and I'd have to say Greenway Ford was very professional. Didn't try to push different models, or try to pressure us to make a quick sale. Along with the finalization process was smooth and straight forward. Id like to thank the whole Ford team, and would recommend 10 out of 10.

The sales managers are not at all helpful. Evertime we check to see if new vehicles are coming. It continues to say coming soon. The inventory they currently have are not what I want. And to place an order seems to be a nightmare since they are scripted to tell us the same time frame of 4 to 6 months. They have to the power to check when these cars are truly arriving. But would rather not take the time. Its easier to sit behind their counter and stare at their computers pretending to be productive, instead of helping their customers.

The best Ford Mustang service center in Orlando is Greenway! I ve been in Orlando for two years, and I have taken my Ford Mustang 2017 to Tropical and Peacock. None of the above two service centers offered me the quality and on-point diagnostics and service as Greenway. Without a doubt, Greenway is superior to the other two centers.
PS. Ryan, at Greenway, was great!

My husband and I custom ordered the bronco sport back in February. It was delayed three times and we didn't actually receive it until October. But this review is not about the delays. We understand that there were chip issues and covid issues. Our one-star review comes from the lack of communication from Greenway Ford. They never informed us when our vehicle was delayed. We always had to reach out to them and wait for a call back. Our sales associate did not have up-to-date information. The next person we were passed to gave us wrong information. And when we spoke with the general manager, he said he would get things taken care of and get us assistance from Ford. He told me he would call me the next day, but never did. When I tried to reach back out, he would not return my calls. When we finally were able to purchase the vehicle, our sales associate couldn't remember why he took money off of the listed price back in February. He even asked us why he did it. We gave him an honest explanation and he refuted it. We felt as though we paid too much for such poor service. The very last issue we had was a day after signing all the paperwork, Greenway Ford called me several times, back to back, because they had forgotten to have us sign something. So then it was my responsibility to print it out and return it back to them. It appeared that every department of greenway Ford was lacking professionalism and customer service. We will never purchase another vehicle from them, nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know.

I recently purchased a truck from Greenway Ford, and they experience was excellent. Everything, including the pricing was very straightforward. My salesman Vadim was great! He was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. After having a horrible experience with a shady dealer in Tampa, it was refreshing to work with Greenway Ford in Orlando.

The team here is incredible. They were nice, considerate and did their best to get me discounts. I highly recommend the technician Ryan. He couldn t have been nicer to me. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood why these things needed to be done to my car, and that they weren t just additional charges. Whenever I go back I ll be requesting Ryan.
