One of the Best Doctor's I've ever been too! He definitely cares and it shows. The office manager is very welcoming and listens to you without Judgement! I was a Nurse for over 8 years, and this is a Top notch Medical Practice! With a High level or medical care!

Attitudes towards people of color suck. My wife asked to use bathroom and they said to wait. They wanted her to wait till she was called so she left to another business to use bathroom. I know this now because the nurse said after we got back they probably was waiting to get paperwork. While taking us back, I questioned the younger brunette nurse who walked us back, "Why did would she have to wait that long (20 min) to use the bathroom? She says, we saw her leave. Ok. So next words should have been...Sorry or I apologize that happened....nope. Her next repeated words were, well we saw her leave. How rude. Then once back in the room my wife says just in general convo with nurse Erica, my husband is a bit upset about what happened. Her response was, "I see." No general apology or nothing. I started talking to my wife just how important customer service is and how obviously this office lacks that. The nurse, Erica, got smart with me saying they saw her leave defending the rudeness of the other nurse.My wife tried to smooth the situation telling her how I was upset with their poor customer service and a simple apology would have been nice. Erica says...."are we going to talk about the incident or the appt" how rude. I then told her if I cant talk to me wife then I'll just leave out. She says, that will be best. Just when I think society has progressed obviously not. It's either "lack of etiquette" or "white privilege mentality", I choose the latter. I'm sure if Dr. Hussein was there that definitely would not have happened.
Also want to add when they took my wifes blood pressure after she finished running to another business to use the bathroom they said it was slightly high....Really.
Amazing staff!!! Beverly is truly outstanding! She consistently helps me with scheduling changes & always returns my emails timely. I m a terrible patient & have to change my appointment many times every month but Beverly works with me every single time with unwavering patience!
Dr. Hussein and his staff are great! I recommend him to everyone who is trying to lose weight.
This place changed my life! Only weight loss program that has worked for years. The amazing staff works with me & my crazy schedule every month & over looks that I m always late for appointments.
The staff are very friendly. I lost the weight, so I was pleased with Dr Hussen.
Was treated very poorly, like I was trash and like they was so much better then me. The nurse and the doctor was very rude and hateful to me. I would never recommend anyone to go here based on my personal experience with this place. Trying to get help and treated like trash.
