It's a nice enough doctors, great reception staff and some good doctors. Needs better online booking service plus the call in on the day is ridiculous, it took over 30 minutes and 100 combined calls to finally get through only to have two more appointments left. Also some doctors have been either a bit pushy, non understanding or not very helpful so ehhh ~

Never a problem to get an appointment. Receptionists very professional, helpful and pleasant.
The doctors I see are always willing to listen and help, referring you to other professionals when needed. All in all the best surgery, staffed by the best people.

Can't speak highly enough of the doctors, support staff and the entire team at this special surgery. Yes, you might have to wait for an appointment, but that's the same where ever you go. But what sets this practice apart from many others is the top-level care and commitment given to patients. Believe me, I can vouch for them.

Tried for 2 days to get an emergency appointment, only to be told, no and go to a different surgery. As a cancer patient I find this disgusting.

Call to tell you that you need to make an appt. but the nearest 1 they have is 3wks away and to call for an emergency appt. at 8am. Spend 25 minutes listening to engaged tone trying to get through at 8am only to be told no appts. available. Joke!!!! A common occurence.

By far the worst Doctor I've ever been to I told the receptionist when I phoned that I need to talk about 4 problems I had said that's fine even told them the problems. The doctor was rushing me out the door saying she had other people to see and I've already been with her 10 mins so I'd have to make another appointment??? Surely that makes no sense I would have been there 2 mins longer and I wouldn't have had to take up anymore of there time with another appointment?
