Dealt with very quickly despite covid restrictions. Very sympathetic towards our elderly cat.

I've just experienced the fantastic expertise and service offered by Greenside Vets' Regenerative Therapies Team and I can't fault them. I was travelling from a hebriddean island which made logistics challenging and they demonstrated understanding and flexibility. Their pain analysis and treatment recommendations were objective, clear and easy to understand and a few months after stem cell therapy, my dog is happy, playful and most importantly no longer in pain. His levels of anxiety have significantly reduced, the pacing behaviour has stopped and I'm absolutely delighted! Administratively they were also exceptional, making light work of my insurance claim paperwork. It seems everybody who works there is genuinely committed to the animal's best interests and has the same values of compassion, support and plain good old fashioned customer service too. It has been well worth travelling hundreds of miles for my border collie to have this treatment - I highly recommend them.

Great vet practice. All staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Really gentle with Woolly and understanding of how to work with nervous pets too.

Greenside have always been a brilliant vet practice and their staff are fantastic. I have always felt my pet s well-being was their top priority and the vets have always listened carefully to our concerns before seeing him. Treatment has always been clearly explained and they were happy to answer any questions. The reception team are lovely and always helpful when booking appointments or settling my account. I would happily recommend Greenside Veterinary Practice to my friends and family.

The whole service is put of this world. Very efficient with appointments and also very friendly. The male very my dog saw made us feel so relaxed and trusting. The vet was so knowledgeable and explained everything well and made sure I was happy and understood.

I recently started using Greenside Vets after I purchased my kitten. I found the staff to be extremely helpful in answering my query's. They cater to a variety of different animals and the prices are very good value for money. They also have health plans available which offer a range of benefits and again are great value for money. After I registered with the practice I was able to access my pet portal online where I could update details and view things such as his last weight or upcoming appointments - I found this very useful!

Great place to take your fir babies .Staff always pleasant .My fur baby pebbles loves going to the vet .

Have used Greenside vets since we got out puppy 3 years ago. Always a professional service, whilst the dog hates going the staff are brilliant with her.
Good covid safety measures in place too. Once there you call reception and the vet comes to you.

Very prompt and nice to deal with good all round service

I attended Greenside Veterinary Clinic as a last resort with my dog who had no quality of life through lameness and pain. Already run the gamut of available X-Ray, Scan, various combinations of pain relief, blood tests, hydrotherapy, physio, laser, acupuncture but the deterioration went on. The knowledgeable, supportive, cohesive team led by Andrew Armitage, expert in regenerative therapies, used positive diagnostics to assess The Whole Dog and clearly explained how stem cell implants could help my dog. Never mind miracles, they achieved the impossible for her. She is now a ten year old puppy, no need of pain relief, galloping around full of life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
