The worst and most difficult to contact property manager/management I have ever worked with in my entire life. Refuses to answer phone calls OR texts OR e-mail. I am the co-signer on my brothers apartment and was scheduled to come off after 6 months. Prior to this Lynn (the property manager) would text and sometimes accept calls. At the end of this 6 month period when I was supposed to come off the lease and have repeatedly tried to contact her and requested to be removed from the lease as stated in our initial agreement she has been MIA and refuses to respond to any form of contact. I have now been forced to contact my attorney to try and remedy the situation.

I have lived in a building run by this company for 2 year. The build is not well maintained AT ALL. We have been notified by the city multiple times informing us that parts of the building are not up to code. Utilities have been included in our rent, yet we ve received multiple notices of utilities being shut off. There was even a point where we received notice that the city sold the building & our lease was going to be terminated. Luckily that did not happen.
The manager LYNN is disrespectful, and Conniving.
Would not recommend ANYONE to rent from this company.

I just got a call from Lynn at this company telling me that a former boyfriend I had not seen in nearly a year had made me a cosigner on an apartment I had never been to without my knowledge or consent, implying that he had stolen my identity/social security number. Lynn told me that fact was not her problem then told me he had abandoned his unit in bits and insisted that I owed her over $1000 and it would be going to collections. I am 20 years old. I would never volunteer my information to be a co-signer. I cried thinking my credit was ruined for the rest of my young life and I would be having to go to the police and put out fraud alerts and all of that. But: I was just an emergency contact on my ex s application. Whoever runs this company is apparently willing to terrify random people into thinking their lives are ruined just because she wants money and happens to have their phone number.

The literal worst company I can imagine. Didn't have hot water for the first couple weeks.
It was below freezing in there.
Water constantly leaked from the ceiling and Lyn harassed the hell out of me constantly. Not to mention her unauthorized entry into the apartment on more than one occasion. These are slumlords not worthy of your respect, money or time.

These people have called to tell me I owe them money?! I haven't ever heard of them, nor have I lived in state for the last 5 years. Absolute BS
