I had high hopes, but the experience fell short. The facility seemed unkempt, and the staff were not very attentive. I anticipated a warm environment for my pet, but it didn't quite feel welcoming. Communication was lacking as well, which made the whole process a bit stressful. Not the comfort I was looking for. 🐾
