Parking can be difficult to find depending on the time, disabled parking is readily available in mid afternoon

Radiology department staff are exceed my expectation. Receptionist, Nurses, Dr are very welcome and doing amazing work. I've seen them as referral from my GP and they do a procedures on very sensitive area of us women, but through the process, i feel safe and comfortable. Senior Nurse Namaste walk me through on before and after the procedure and even provides me with great information regards my procedures. Thank you Namaste for your service. Really appreciate it

Got a call yesterday that we will be sending my blood test request to Labtest for this morning but when I got there they told be there was no documents for my bloodtest. Got me late for work.. waste of time.. for some women being referred to this clinic it is important for blood tests to be done on time. and to top it off no one answers the phone! (*slow claps*)

I accompanied my 86 year old mother to the orthopedic dept. She was x rayed promptly. Had to wait an hour or so to be seen by a dr and have a new plaster put on her arm. The team doing this were fantastic. The reception team were caring and interested. Then another xray. Then the dr came out told us it was all good. While we were waiting for the ride 3 staff members checked that we were ok. A thoroughly pleasant experience. Thankyou greenlane staff.

Poor customer service - Radiology Department. It was so stressful arranging an appointment, called many times and no one responds to my call or even call me back. The lady I spoke with was so rude.

Thumbs up to Opthalmology Department - friendly staff, good customer service. Very helpful and clear with their instructions and Doctors are very friendly and wonderful.

If you are a person of colour, do not bother trying to book an appointment with this hospital. Would highly recommend the Auckland City Hospital instead. Spoke to a woman named Simone on the phone regarding a pelvic ultrasound, immediately from the get go, she judged my English speaking abilities from my name. Despite the fact that I've lived in New Zealand my whole life, she began speaking to me in a condescending manner the whole phone call. The result of which was too overwhelming for me to continue with, obvious in her racial bias, leading to me hanging up. It is disgraceful that I would have to experience this in 2021 from a healthcare provider.

Worst nurse to talk to over the phone I understand it s a busy time for you all, but you got the job for a reason maybe practice being a little nicer over the phone I found you very rude and your attitude towards asking me questions was horrible like I was incompetent of knowing my own symptoms. You shouldn t ask if you can see all the answers on your screen.

How can you say we re fully booked then go on to say but I can squeeze you in at 1:30pm not a proper appointment though! Obviously I m still needing to come as my doctors is fully booked, but you don t sound to sure about what your doing!

@ Ophthalmology Services, finally had my cataract surgery today after it was cancelled yesterday they phone me again this morning still no introduction from the surgical booking team totally disorganised department the surgery went well but improvements need to be made with their systems I look forward to completing the quality control survey. The staff in the day surgery unit are exceptional. Wednesday 21 November 2018.

Wonderful doctor and staff / nurse , always helpful, diabetes clinic, renal clinic , eye clinic always support staff to help out and adjust the schedule for family as per need , specific mention Dr Paul Manley of renal clinic , nurse devin mynett are amazing.
