On June14,2020, I applied on line to this so called company , for a live-in Nanny position. I did all the procedures that Ms. Leticia asked me to do. I went the extra miles & walked back & forth 3 miles to the nearest business store to scanned to her my second resume, references & another document proving why I wasn t working actually. After spending $ 2.45 in order to scanned all these documents, I called her & after avoiding me a couple of times she finally took my unexpected call to tell me that she did not received the documents & according to my emails she only received the last one dated on July 16, 2020.
But guess what! I did not send her a email but only scanned her the requested documents. Why lying to a participant when you can t offer a position? Is that just in order to keep your job & get your so called company going?
What a big disappointment, lost of time & money as well!
This staffing agency was super helpful and got me a nanny job with a great family! The staff really cares and wants to match you with the best job you can get based on your past experience. Leticia was especially helpful and is great at what she does. My experience was 10/10!
