We have been living here for almost 3 months already, and we are in love with this place. We looked around all over Lancaster before deciding on this place, and we couldn't have picked any better. The neighborhood, the lake (with its many ducks), the indoor and outdoor swimming pools had us loving this place, and to top it all, the management constantly organizes social events. Highly recommended

Greenfield Estates is a picturesque community whose staff is spearheaded by the Property Manager, Megan Varano. She always strives for excellence to serve their residents and maintain their beautiful properties. I would highly recommend living in this wonderful community.
My boyfriend and I just moved into a 1 bedroom, first floor garden apartment here this weekend. We had not seen our exact apartment before our move in date, and we were extremely impressed when we walked in on Saturday. The apartment is beautiful. A sweet welcome basket from the leasing office was sitting on the counter. They painted a wall in the living room a color that we choose, prior to us moving in even though they were not sure they would be able to do it until after we moved in. It is clean and everything so far has worked properly. The landscaping around the property is absolutely beautiful. We have a dog and it has been so nice to be able to walk her up to the dog park everyday to let her run around. You cannot beat the amenities that this place has to offer. Brent, who we have worked with through the move in process, has been quick to respond and great to work with. They got us in to our apartment even earlier than we anticipated, as the previous tenants moved out right at the end of September. So far, I cannot say enough good things. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of professionalism and responsiveness from any other management company that I have rented from in the Lancaster area.
Apartment was nice enough, but make sure you document EVERY single little piece of damage when you move in, no matter how small or seemingly inconsequential. Any scratch you find no matter the size or depth. They'll use it as an excuse to replace entire appliances/equipment using your deposit.
Amazing place, I have to move because I am moving to another state. But let me tell you maybe is expensive but is worthy. They have the best management. Plenty of parking, safe for kids around, awesome pool and spa, people at the office so amazing. They do a lot nice events, they keep everything nice always and if you submit something they come really fast to fix it. No more than 24 hrs. Awesome place.
PROs: Apartments are contemporary and generally in good repair, decks are a nice feature, indoor/outdoor pool on site, online rent payment is convenient, apartments are close to highway(s).
CONs: Apartments still seem overpriced for what they are, your electric bill will be higher than you expect, work orders seem to be generally disregarded: our apartment was drafty as the windows had cracks around the trim, large enough that BEES were coming in (good thing none of us were allergic!) Greenfield never fixed this issue. Be wary of online rent payment; multiple times Greenfield "accidentally" debited my bank account twice. Rather than anticipating your security deposit returned after you leave, anticipate a staggeringly heavy fine with no supporting evidence of damages.
Overall, not bad. I've spoken to many people who said "Oh, I used to live there!" I should have paid attention to the "used to".....
Great place to live. The management is receptive and on top of things. People are delightful and friendly. Great events for residents in a COVID safe way.
