Judy Ricoy and her team at Greenbox Loans did an amazing job closing one of my loans. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I brought a bank statement loan client to Greenbox and Andrew Stines did a great job of getting a difficult loan closed and funded! Choosing the right specialty broker for non-QM is important, will trust Andrew to get my loans to the finish line again!

Easy to get a hold of. Communicative throughout the process. No issues.

Very unprofessional loan agency with very unorganized office and underwriter staff. There seem to be a lack of communication in their organization the right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing! They promised us to process our solid qualification purchase loan in 30 days or less. However, after we signed the loan docs at the escrow office on Friday morning, the escrow office sent the signed loan docs to Green Box Loan the same day and it was received and signed for at the Green Box Loan on Monday morning (9:55 a.m.). However, The Green Box Loan Company called our agent on Tuesday and claimed they have not received the loan docs, yet! That in turn caused three days delay in funding our loans (with no extra condition, or additional docs or verification needed).

That three days delay caused many complications on our part and angered the sellers to the point that they were demanding their earnest deposit fro us. It s very hard to get hold of the owner, or any loan officer and the office staff unable to provide the requested information.

Very unhappy with Green Box loan and do not recommend this loan company to anyone.

Chris Trahan at Greenbox Loans is a great asset to the company. He is very responsive to anything I need regarding loans I submit to Greenbox as a broker. He is very helpful and truly a "partner" of mine in the business. Also Greenbox's system is very well laid out and easy to use. I've closed about 3 or 4 loans with them so far and they are a pleasure to work with.

John Madarang is your guy. If you re looking to get a loan, he s the one you need to talk to.

I can t recommend them enough! They give the best rates and the most flexible loan options! Fantastic!

Worst company. Do not trust them they make you wait for 4 months or more then give you a higher interest rate ANF then declined your application. Do not waste your time with them

John Madarang is my AE over at Greenbox. Let me tell you, the man knows his products and is supper attentive to the needs of our bankers and clients. Because of John, our entire branch and any other branches (we specialize in refinance), will be reaching out to John for scenario questions. 2 weeks from start to finish, job well done Green Box. We have 3 more coming your way, and this is only day 1.
