For one of the Upscale properties it has the Worst buffet period. Only Friday night is a decent time and it's 40 per person. The Monday thru Thursday dinner is Pathetic. No choices on salad bar, tough meat, not Good. And they are higher priced than other Stations. I'll play but no food for me.
Fantastic resort. Friendly staff. Safe environment, saw more security there then at other off the strip hotels. Very clean and inviting casino. Buffet is outstanding.
I bought the Bed and Breakfast package and was told where to eat for the deal, but at checkout I was billed an additional $79 and was told they would not honor the package.
So, I paid extra for the BnB package and was lied to and ripped of by the hotel.
This hotel is a scam.

I went to this place for a business gala and the place was amazing. The staff was very helpful in directing me to where I needed to go. They had many casinos and food options for everyone. Would come again

Great hotel, great casino, great pool and great selection of restaurants. About 15 minutes from the Strip, so a little quieter.
I just went to the movies at GVR. Overall, it is my favorite theatre simply because of location, but there is not much special about it. Just a normal theatre I have never had problems with.
Probably the cleanest, & best looking casino in Henderson. Great service, and sometimes you can get really good deals on rooms!
Awesome place. Great food and drink, all the gaming you could ask for, great staff. Not to mention none of the BS of dealing with the strip. My new favorite Vegas spot.
Beautiful property! Took my son for his first visit and he loved the place. (Of course, it might also be because he won a couple of coins.) He's looking forward to spending a weekend there to further explore the resorts amenities. I especially love the outdoor pool area with all the lovely cabanas and other relaxation stations.

We were here for a private poker event for the first time. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful place this was. It offered everything we need in a casino without the crowds of Vegas. The shopping/restaurant mall across the street added more reasons to return.

I had a good Burger that was enormous . Service was excellent at an early dinner time. Recommend the cafe restaurant anytime you want a variety of sandwiches steaks and specials.
This place is very relaxing to play slot machines but sometimes the machines are cold as ice.
The casino here is great it has all kinds of gaming from table games to slot machines that are just like every other casino. Some pay out some don't. They have a really cool shopping area right next to it with food options as well call The District
This was the third hotel my family and I stayed at when we took our 10 family vacation. When we checked into the hotel, it was hot and we wanted to hit the pool. The pool closes at 7 pm in the middle of summer. So we went and did other activities. That night the hotel alarm went off at 10:30 pm for about 10 minutes. We were woke from a dead sleep to be told over and over that a message will follow...it never did. This was not an alarm in the hallway or somewhere, they were in each room and extremely loud. The next morning I had to go to the front desk to check out because we were unable to do it on the tv as we were told. I asked the lady at the front desk why the alarm had gone off....I was thinking a guest accidentally set it off. I was told very rudely that they test their alarms late at night...'and that is just how we do it here'. She was not polite or even apologetic about it. I reached out to customer service and also at their corporate site with no response. I have a hard time thinking that a decent place would really test alarms at 10:30 pm. I will share my frustration with friends and family to encourage them to not stay here. I will never return with my family.

Host Gilberto is the best. Treats you well and spends time with you. Casino super clean,lots of food options,plenty of slots and what a great movie theatre. Would like to see a light on the back casino lot exit. Scary to pull out

I live on the NW side of town and come here whenever I'm in the area. Beautiful casino! Dined at the Feast Buffet, it was BBQ night, my favorite was the Beef Brisket, BBQ Baked Beans w/ Bacon & BBQ Corn!
Great hotel and it has the perfect esthetics without going to Las Vegas Blvd. You have to visit GVR to appreciate it.

Nice Sports Book, food court has a good selection. Parking is free and never a issue!!! Dealers are normally pretty friendly.

I hate to give them 3 stars cause I used to love this place, but there was a spill in the food court that no one cleaned up for 30 minutes. I had to put napkins and a wet floor sign down myself. Also, not very family friendly. Everyone looks at people with kids like you just walked into a no kids zone. Definitely want to pick a different hotel if you have young kids with you. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They all look kind of miserable here. I feel bad for them.
There was a stop for the Golden Knights Express here. Lots of easy parking, bus stop was easy to find. Will take again.
I never want to give anyone one star but I stayed in the Tuscany suite which was a nice room except for the fact that it had no hot water maybe Luke warm at best. After the first cold shower we contacted the front desk and they said that maintenance would come and fix it. After the second day with cold showers we called down to the front desk spoke with the manager and was told maintenance would be right up waited 1 1/2 hours no one arrived. Maybe it s too much to want a hot shower but for over $400/ night I don t believe that the water temperature should be an issue. The room did have a nice view.
Bingo room employees along with the bartender at the 7pm session on 8/3/18 are so rude. Lori who take my payment seemed very annoyed to be at work. She was unpleasant and gave me a lot of attitude when presenting my player's card. The bartender was annoyed in taking my order, did not deliver the drink, and his in the back, when I went over to see where it was. I can't believe locals come here to spend money. Pitiful customer service.
