Fair place to work if you come in do your job and mind your business

The people they're not very friendly, you know the kind of people that look like they love their job...

Job is great but it's sad when you see associates that has been there over 20 yrs come in early get the money and tell her supervisor what shes not going to do.?...also ask new employees how much is there hourly wage? And to top it off refuse to train new people when ask to?...problem is too old been there too long and scared younger fresher and smarter will take there job...Unprofessional and a disgrace to a company that bought your granny panties for 21 yrs...???

Pickup and delivered here twice. Very prompt and knowledgeable shipping and receiving personnel. Unloading and loading took less than 20 minutes.

Minus Ten stars for a lot of reasons!

I will start with the "Mission Statement" that is Green Tokai's "Core Value"
"Safty First" "Quality Second" & "Quantity Last"! However drop the first two and focus on "Quantity"; in other words its all about the number!

Management does not demonstrate the ability to delagate assigned tasks. Communication from Management to "Team Leads" is a major issue. Team Leads relaying the information to staff is horrible. There is a tremendous amount of lack of communication. In todays society you would think the "Work Smarter Not Harder" would eventually make its way into a company that has done a 8 million Dollar Investment to expand!

It all Boils Down to this company is still in the "Stone Age of Commincations" " Pencil and Paper"!

Persons in a position of leadership should lead? Right!
I have to say this is a problem as well! Team Leads DO NOT LEAD they do what the employee under their directions tells them what they will or will not do! Bottom line! Considering you are a 'Team Leads" Favorite your exempt from company policy!

Green Tokai has a probation Period as do other companies however 5 points in 90 days is a bit rediculous.
Advance request for a day off to see your doctor = 1 point
ILLNESS and call of = 1 Point
INJURE YOURSELF ON THE JOB AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK FOR A FEW DAYS = 1 POINT
You get the picture!

Enviromentaly Healthy! No
Appearence from the outside is very deceitful!
Outside the walls of this company is very clean and well manicured!
inside the walls of this manufacturing company is very dirty, unorganized and items are left as if they have "house keeping".
In orientation there was a slide show of what is unacceptable along with poliy and prceedure for proper storage of chemicles at the end of each shift! My response is: "THAT IS A FALSE PRSENTATION OF POLICY AND PROCEEDURE!

There isn't any "Diversity" at this companies location; located in Brookville, Ohio!
This company does not value "Integrity!
Confidentiality is deregarded to ones personal position!
"Team Leads" will discuss "your business with other co-workers"!

This company is supposed to be "Mass Production"!
In other words they want you to keep up with the production belt + robot + apply componets + pack + prepare shipping label + switch out tubs! Oh and do hourly paperwork & reach your expected production number set in place! I forgot one detail "pack perfect parts"!

If you are "Caucasian" don't bother to apply! The tension of prejudice is definitely in the air! Not all the folks are prejudice but you know who is and who isn't!
All boils down to is this company is like "HIGH SCHOOL"!
People coming to your place of employment to physically fight a co-worker!
Oh' Honey Gossip Gossip Gossip! SMH!
To many people bumpping gums instead of working!

I have more to say but you get it!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS

Work place not safe sanitary bad team leadership ! Dont care about employees

Vast complex, multiple units. Good customer service
