Bed is worn out, only bath tube no shower. Lobby area is very simpel. The bar is very low standard!

It is very magnificent, but with little interest in the guest.

Although I cannot feel the atmosphere of the first days, Tuzla - Maltepe is one of the most beautiful facilities on the coastline.

I was back at the facility for a meeting organization. The alternative for meeting rooms is too much. You will surely find a hall suitable for the number of people and the purpose of the meeting.

We had lunch at the facility. Both the main course, cold appetizers and dessert variety were fine. Same with the flavor. The number of waiters was sufficient for fast service.

I have also stayed in the past. The rooms are also spacious and clean. If you stay in a room with a sea view, the view will add value to your stay anyway.

In my room, uncontrollable air con, bathroom need to refurbishment from ground (dirt, mold, broken tube, light with no cover, hole in carpet after some fire, etc...). At the end of the day, in this room 7135 is interent not working as bonus, there is no signal. Grazie mille.
Restaurant in 5 star hotel has presonel which dont speak english, is this even today possible? Apparently yes... Order anything is like giving birth. Omfg why I came here?

The receptionist are always rude also the waiters, they won t smile at you or pick up your call from the room also they will hang up your call because they don t understand English.
For restaurants and breakfast the glass are always dirty, the fruits are never washed. Never coming back or recommending anyone.

The hotel is very complicated when you get off the elevator, everywhere is the same, everywhere is alike. You need to renew the card every day. You go to the door. Big hotel with good view, reasonable price and super polite staff. Easy check in. We booked our room in wrong date but theyet us stay in exact same room we wanted. Clean with big rooms big bed. Only food service was poor
