Very neat place to experience! The hiking trails are pretty easy to follow and the camping spots are easy to access as well. The actual Green Lakes themselves are a sight to behold! It's cool to see water that's so crazy crystal clear.

Love this place! Can t believe we never went sooner.

Beach is very clean with a good amount of space outside of peak times. Readily available food/bathrooms close by, and easy trails for the entire family to enjoy! Tha scenery and color of the lake on a sunny day is a major bonus.

My immediate family had a great time camping there, but i will put this out there, when its a family's first time camping at Green Lakes best to politely explain where you can't fish,So to the women who was so rude and her disgusting behavior towards small children and 2 fathers, should of minded her business as someone already explained it and they were leaving but she insisted on taking pictures and yelling at small children,we beleive she was only doing this because she is a racist and all around unhappy disgusting person!!! I'm hoping she sees this review and learn to mind her business or better yet,,STAY HOME!!!!

Sites are super tiny and hard to enjoy when you have complete strangers on either side of you and can hear everything you say and no room to space out tents. Bathroom was clean. Trails were very nice. Lakes were gorgeous!

Very nice scenery, but nasty bathrooms on camp site, camp sites are very tree rooted and very close together feels like your right on top of each other, lots of nosy nosy people who let their children run wild and dont accompany their children in the bathrooms. I will not be visiting again endless we go for the day.

This is a great place to camp. You are close enough to town to do grocery shopping or go out to dinner yet far enough away that you feel secluded. The occasional jet passing isn t too annoying. The hiking trails are awesome. You can walk around both lakes very easily. Even saw some people in wheel chairs. It s not very easy to bike around the park for us older folks because it s so hilly but the canal towpath is close by for a nice easy ride. We plan to return.

This place is beautiful- it s like a secret I don t want to tell anyone about(haha). We went just to check it out and I can t wait to go back.

Unfortunately people don t adhere to the rules and were swimming in places that asks visitors not to because of the fragile ecosystem. Some people have no respect for nature and in turn are teaching the next generation the same...

Beyond that it was a great trip and would highly recommend. The trials were nice and so was the beach area.

Beautiful Blue water . Decent crowds. Fun for the family and life guard on duty watching very carefully over everything and everyone especially the smaller children. Good amount of parking and not a bad drive

I grew up going to Green Lakes and it's one of my favorite places to go hiking and biking. I avoid the beach and swimming because it's not my scene. I love the Frisbee golf course! It's not huge but it's challenging enough. There's a field right next to it for some games of ultimate.

We never left the camp ground. The beach was great, the trails around both lakes allowed you to see nature in all her splendid glory. The sites & the bathrooms and showers were clean. It was very nice and reasonably priced.

We love going here. We mostly go for the trails. On a hot summer day, the beach is absolutely swarmed with people so be sure you get there early. Any day, though, you can find some stunning spots to sit and look out over the lake. For added seclusion, take the path over to Round Lake. Far fewer people and just as good views.

Unfortunately It had been very rainy prior to us checking in. Site was muddy but it dried up pretty quick once the rain stopped. Staff was friendly and the park kept the bathrooms clean. Shower facility was top notch. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Oh and the life guard to swimmer ratio was crazy good, the definitely car about safety.
