We recently moved my sister in law to Green Country, I cant express how grateful me and my husband are for the care she receives. She is always clean, her room is clean, and it doesn't have a strong odor from people not being taken care of. If I have one complaint it would be that the staff is not friendly, but I'm sure they're very busy, I never see anyone just lounging around. It takes a special kind of person to be able to take care of adults with various disabilities. CUDDOS to Green Country

Building is nasty and the first thing you smell when you walk in is urine. Resident to working staff is NOT OKAY. Having 14 residents to take care of by yourself. Do NOT recommend unless you re desperate for a job!

My mother is here and I can't express enough how the employees have always been (and I pop in and out) professional, kind, and respectful to my mother and our family.
The administrator really goes above and beyond to help make sure the residents receive the best absolute care possible. This center really takes care of their residents from the heart.
I'm not a former employee. I'm a happy and grateful family member of a mother who is a resident of this facility. I would totally recommend this center and have total trust they have my mothers best interest at all times.
Thank you,
April Fox

Would NOT put my Dog in this facility, Housekeeping does a half A** job, DON plays favorites, roaches running rampant. I am a former employee, only disgruntled about the way I was treated from upper management. Nasty old building, lazy Nurses and staff(Dayshift6a-2p/wknds)! Avoid at All cost. Only go if really desperate for employment, bt guarantee you'll regret it. Had to give 1star just to make a review, bt they wouldn't get that... Fat ZERO.

I realize the other reviews come from a disgruntled employees but I would like to post one from the perspective of someone who had to place my grandfather in this facility.

After having looked all over the Tulsa/Sapulpa/Sand Springs area for a facility for my grandfather who suffered from strokes and severe dementia (he couldn't even speak anymore) this was by far the best facility I found for him. The staff was always nice and polite anytime I was there (and I showed up frequently and at varied times.) My grandfather was never neglected and we rarely ever had issues with things disappearing from his room (keep in mind dementia patients often shop for things in other people's rooms.)

One of the things I really appreciated about this facility is specialized in helping those with Alzheimer's and dementia and it is broken into two wings. One wing houses residents who are not advanced, they can still care for themselves to some degree, the other wing is dedicated strictly to patients that are far advanced, and require far more supervision and care.

Keep in mind no nursing home is perfect, no one WANTS to be in one, but as far a they go...I was quite happy with this facility.

Worked there for 6 months. Supervisor picks favorites, is very rude to other employees, and uses yard sale equipment for the kitchen's equipment. People who are in the south end of the building are treated like animals and are neglected. Supervisor of the building never visited us on South but assumed she knew what was going on, all the time.
