It took longer because WTC Claim did not read the specified delay time correctly. WTC Claim has corrected this, and again filed the claim and after 9 months the compensation of British Airways is still paid.
Efficiency is the word to describe this company, they communicate the process in a clear, concise way. You know what to expect in each stage. In my both trips when my plane did not flight or was super delayed and I missed my connecting flight, I received the compensation.
They charge 25% for commission fee if the claim is successful and I am very happy with the service, at least for me 1 day of my holidays is valuable and also I don't like to spend my time talking with airlines in endless telephone conversations. Thank you :).

I do not advise anyone to do business with this company. They do nothing for you and then present you with an unexpected bill. No cure No pay with which they advertise is not correct.

Are a scam company. They have changed their name but running the same scam AVOID AVIOD AVIOD. I you wish to make a claim, contact the airline yourself
Fake advertisement, should be reported! In the website said that they dont charge to you anything, and in these reviews you can see that they charge you anyways.

I have tried several times to get in touch, but I cannot do it in any way.
I have been processing your claim with Yource for more than a year now. After submitting all the documents - I now see that the file is no longer complete, and in the meantime I am no longer the main booker, but my girlfriend. Part of the file has therefore been lost or changed. I try to reach Yource about that, but that doesn't seem possible.

entered my complaint in early August, the airline responds by asking for details for the refund and flight-delay disappears. They do not reply to my emails or to the support tab.
Not a good experience with Green Claim, filled in online and canceled within 24 hours because my airline wanted to help me without any problems. Green Claim subsequently gave me a claim / fine of 75.
They tried to help but I didn't get the money in the end.
The approach and settlement after submitting our claim went well and we can be discussed. This was well taken care of.
Regarding the service and handling of correspondence less. It is only possible to ask questions or such via e-mail and this is not adequately responded to. They pretend to respond within 24 hours but this is incorrect. There is much room for improvement in the service. In addition, there is no telephone number available to reach GreenClaim. All this disturbed me very much during the procedure.
Scam first class, first claim filed for strike by airline. After waiting too long for my claim to be canceled at Green Claim, I was eventually informed if I wanted to pay just 200 due to my cancellation of the claim. These types of companies should not have a right to exist in the Netherlands, you pure scam that I don't have a good word for.
