Green Cab Co. Review

Driver passed me doing 60 in a 25. Every day they drive dangerously by my house, and drop people off in active traffic lanes. They are not a good citizen of the city.

Everytime I take green cab they re always late and inconsiderate... every driver wants and extra buck so they cram people in to the point where your rides take forever. I ve waited up to a hour and a half sometimes... they ve forgotten about me completely.. but today I was pushed over the edge when a driver knew that because of him and the company I was already 30 mins late to work.,. We had to drop someone off at the bar first & then he picked up ANOTHER RIDE & ANOTHER RIDE! It s sad that they cost this much but have such poor service, I d ride with any other company but them. Even the dispatch is terrible

Called for a cab on a Monday mid-afternoon. Called to check on ride after 25 minutes. They couldn't tell me how long it would be. Cancelled after 40 minutes. They offered no apologies. They should've said when I called that they had no idea how long it would take.

Friendly driver's, quick service, and you get to ride in a Tesla!

Cab came over a hour after my call. I had groceries at woodlands. I called after 45 min. The response was not overly concerned. I'll most likely avoid using green cab again

I've never used a green cab before, but I've had at least 4 experiences with green cabs being driven erratically and at very high speeds. One rode my bumper when I was already going 10 over the speed limit and when they could finally pass me, they went rocketing off at LEAST 20 miles over the speed limit. The people that are employed seem like impatient a-holes with no regard for the people around them. Regardless of how good the "service" is, the amount of dangerous and reckless driving that I've seen has given me ample reason to never use them.

Very professional and cordial. Very grateful for the timing and seeing as how I'm not familiar with the area grateful they knew where I was going to get me thereon time thankful for the good service.

I have had good experiences with Green Cab both booking online and over the phone. They often come early, which I appreciate. Another local ycab company once picked me up at 3:00 pm for a 3:00 dr. appointment even though I had scheduled a 2:10 pick-up time well in advance. Fortunately, Green Cab has been very reliable for me.

Charged $16 to go 1/2 mile not told of high rates.
Driver chuckeld and said thats the way it is.

Green cab license plate "zero 109" blind merged on monona drive at nearly 2pm on 5/3/21 getting within centimeters of side swiping three other cars. Impatient, aggressive, and dangerous driving is not a good look for a cab company.
