We arrived in Cyprus on 13.07 I want to say that in Ayia Napa there are both disadvantages and advantages as in the hotel! The worst thing to say is that the beach is not fenced there and both locals and guests come there! Be careful, because one of our family members was robbed: bag dress in bag phone some locals hunt specially! Yes, there are staff but all the same. Thank God that the bag and dress were found (I suspect that they threw things out on the beach and the staff found and gave them to the reception), but the sad thing is that there was no phone! And so in the hotel everything is fine, the city is noisy and youthful! But plus, not far from Larnaca, you can't go shopping in the Shopping Center, they are not there, so you have to go to another city or go around the city to look for stores separately
the hotel is good the main thing is to take care of yourself and your things !!!!!!!

Great location with a beautiful sandy beach, reserved deck chairs and crystal clear sea. Hotel was newly renovated, beautiful sea view, friendly staff and many tavernas within walking distance. Also suitable for small children.

Great hotel, its nice to be near Ayia Napa center but still have some peace, its directly on the beach, rooms are spacey with the possibility of great views! Friendly Staff and a nice atmosphere.

Excellent customer service. Delicious buffet (we had dinner). Hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned daily. What I liked is the fact tha inside and out they have the infrastructure to support prams and wheelchairs. Hotel is rather old and i believe with some renovation it will be top. Amazing sea view.

A great place to relax. A very good, caring, attentive, empathic and very committed. This applies to all the people we met - from employees, reception through waiters, people who care about cleanliness to gardeners and technicians. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The downside is the quality of the meals in the restaurant. Despite the fact that we were after the season and there were few guests, the card consisted of several dozen items. As a result, most dishes were frozen. I'd rather get a limited card but with freshly prepared dishes. Despite this, we'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for a great vacation!

Today, guests at the beach have lowered their guests at the beach. No one has ever managed to make a reservation for the beds at the hostel (maybe where it was, but we don't see, but the Easter Day changes are not relevant to us) After sleeping as always on the bed, the clerk comes and tells me not to pay, to reserve , although no warning about the bed was reserved. Salia stands for a new vacationer and with a despicable face as we work. I read such an administration slip over obscene and mournful, had to say that from that day the beds would have to be booked. It is mourning, the behavior of the administration, the dignity of the people, the name of the host.

Very nice hotel, little bit away from the main party places, which was good since we were travelling with children. Very friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly receptionist talked even Estonian which was very nice to hear. Pool was really nice and large. You can also rent a jet ski right near the hotel beach, which I did. Regarding breakfast I have only positive emotions, very very rich selection for every taste. Definitely worth to stay.

Shops, cafes, port all within walking distance. Own beach, indoor pool.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Very nice staff, good and nice rooms. Beach just a few meters away with its own sun loungers. The beer could be better but this is a matter of taste.

The hotel, for a Greek 5 * is ok. It could be more modern. Although the view from the balcony to the sea is impressive. For guests there is a beach with comfortable sun loungers. There are many different things to choose from at breakfast. Starting from omelettes, fruit, cheeses to champagne. To the center of Aija Map is a bit of a road.

Great hotel, with private beach, large swimming pool. Good restaurants, there is a spa salon. We all really liked, I recommend for a holiday!

We are regular guests of this hotel.
Only positive emotions and a good rest.
Delicious cuisine, decent service, expensive, but good spa.
As a separate plus, I can note that sunbeds are booked on the beach and you do not run early in the morning in the hope of occupying the sympathetic.
Your lounger no one will take until at least noon.

Clean, great beach, one of the nicer hotels in the area

Photo on the site is better than reality. Not very comfortable room was with us. Family. Naked wooden floor, a balcony that is not possible to open, and if it is opened, then be careful, if it closes, then you will not open it from the street side to get into the room. Very dangerous. If the child is in the room, and mom and dad decide to go to the balcony and the balcony door is closed, you will not get back, and the child will not be able to open, very tight handles, if only a teenager or an adult. The theme of the balcony, of course, is just a separate topic. The breakfasts are terrible. There is nothing on them. Buffet, in comparison with other hotels 5 * is absolutely empty. Attention!!!!! I don t know what this is connected with. In the gym, ice conditioners work even in February, i.e. you ride in the jacuzzi is barely warm, and from the gym constantly blows icy air.

Came here during the winter and had a blast. The staff were all very friendly, the gym and spa areas are great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the cleaners left small chocolates on our pillows every day which was a nice touch.

The only negative thing I can think of is that we had an ant encounter once during our stay. However, this issue was quickly resolved by the staff.

First the NEGATIVE:

Unfortunately, no one took the time to arrive at the reception, that they led us briefly through the hotel grounds - as it was the case with our last 20 hotels. (For example, where do you get the towels, where is breakfast, where is the spa area, etc.) - unfortunately you will be left to his fate ..

The head waiter in general also very arrogant and rude - the normal young service staff but the opposite!

-The last hour of 9-10 prevails at the breakfast buffet Bahnhofsflair .. very much going on, you come together, pure hustle and bustle!

-The sliding doors or windows in the hotel room are bad as far as the soundproofing is concerned-very loud music and party noise of the neighboring hotels until late at night!

Otherwise clean rooms - about 40 minutes transfer from the airport - good location - perfect beach also to water! - enough choice at breakfast - different topics at dinner - well-kept pools - very dear maid - many supermarkets and food nearby - great gym

Good pool, good food, sad atmosphere, not enough activities, the performances are not good, the waiters are not nice and there is no view from the rooms. The pool is really frozen, and it has to leave at 18:00. The hot tub is not heated after 8am and the hotel staff does not agree to heat after. The regular menu dishes at lunches are very expensive.

This is an extraordinary place to visit, the view of the Mediterranean from the rooms is breathtaking

Apart from the Corana-related and yet low editions compared to various other EU countries, it can only be rated 5 *****, WITHOUT DICTION RECOMMENDED.

We are in Cyprus for the 4th time and in this hotel for the third time. It is as always very relaxing. The entire staff is friendly and very attentive. The rooms are clean. We have new furniture. The bathroom would have to be renovated. The door in the bathroom must also be replaced. The beach is nice. The cozy restaurant across the street does not exist anymore. There is a new hotel being built. There are already many restaurants closed. The next time we will be back in October
