The class was very informative.
Mr. Russell conveyed the information thoroughly and included class participation .

Safety diluted and ran by people that haven't been in the field themselves.

Terrible customer service.
They make it difficult for employers and customers
My employer had to send my social 3 times before they found it in the email
The employees act as if you are bothering them on the students break to follow up on your account
Go to another provider the process is too difficult

Professional, informative instruction. Clean facilities with courteous employees.

Safety courses to comply with OSHA requirements, how exciting could it possibly be? People are nice though.

Required to be there 45 minutes early so that they can check everyone in on time for the classes. Their check-in procedure is painfully slow seemingly because they have a "new system" that their "CSR's" don't know how to operate. No information is asked for or given out to people. The CSR takes your SS card and picture ID then returns a slip of paper to you with the room to go to on top.
I walked into the classroom to a video playing that I assumed would be important. But when it was over the instructor said we would get started in a few minutes. He taught very clearly but also very very quickly. He also taught specifically for the test. He noted that he is graded on his students pass or fail ratio.
The staff besides the instructor were very apathetic. They treated everyone like we were a burden on them. They gave out no information other than the simplest answers they could give (yes or no).
Overall I am extremely displeased with the center. Although I will have to return annually.

They're like so many other places they never heard of the safety council from Borger Texas and almost always want me to repeat basic plus even though I just completed it.
