Better not run out of your medication. It takes them 48-72 hours to send a piece of paper from the second floor down to the first floor to their pharmacy. They really need more government oversight within this agency. I mean some strict regulations.

I was basically accused today of being a drug dealer or pill abuser by their head of compliance just because I didn t know I ran out of refills. She said in her own words, You should have not ran out before your next appointment. Why are you short on medication? How come you re out of medicine?

The woman didn t even bother to even check when my last appointment was or to see how many refills I was ACTUALLY given. The woman doesn t realize making those kinds of insuations could be considered slanderous. This is their quality control spokesman?! So basically I and others like me can expect to have our medicines withheld from us for up to 72 hours at a time. I think someone should turn them into the federal government.

When you actually need help it is very hit or miss and times when i am menally and emotionally stable because meds i am on from another perscriber for a physical medical disability actually also happen to treat my condition they insist on forcing unneeded medications, and when you dont need as much of an AS Needed anxiety med and the prescription lasts longer they clame medication non compliance...... because i was actually only taking the med when actually needed....... they also sometimes take 3 weeks of your pharmacy and you calling sometimes before actually sending the refill scripts to your pharmacy.

To the Quality Control person posting. Maybe you post information helpful.and not the same learned paragraph each time. These robot responses have an absolute negative effect. To help us to teach not just spouting rhetoric from the higher ups in the company. By these posts it seems as though there is a disconnect for medication refills. Scrolling down through most refills have been waiting for awhile.

The only thing good about this place is groups for adults. I learned that very few therapists have a license to treat. Because it's community health you don't have to have a license to treat people. Completely unresponsible.

I know the mental health center (or any public mental health center) just does not get the resources it needs to treat some of the sickest and more complicated cases. So when I look back on my personal mental health journey I am so deeply grateful for the team of professionals who vigilantly worked with me through a significant crisis, and now on a much less crisis driven basis. I honest to God don't know how they did it. It was a group effort, with a psychiatrist, a therapist, and a case worker. All 100% focused on my survival, all 100% underpaid. So the state of community mental health across the nation is a big mess (and we with a stake in the matter need to stand up and do something) but the staff at GNMHC should be celebrated for all the good work.

The worst quality care for people with mental illn...

The worst quality care for people with mental illness in the city when dealing with this place for more than 25 years and only steadily declines. They can t keep a hold of good doctors they sign contracts for short amounts of time and there s no consistency of care with patient to Dr. contact and now they are using video doctors who are not even in the same location when I can t even give you a physical examination and get to know the patient more intimately. Counselors are coming and going constantly and when you have a counselor consistently they are canceling appointments. My experience over the last 25 years has been hell to say the least I ve had the worst care the worst quality of care in the most inconsistent and most inconsiderate I have ever seen in my life I am personally work with people with mental illness and a peer support center here in Nashua and I have never once seen a patient satisfied with the care that they receive at this agency yet they come in with numerous complaints. It is in my opinion this agency must be thoroughly investigating not only for their treatment of patients but they are billing practices which are fraudulent. I would recommend patient seek out care elsewhere such as Harbor homes or other agencies and surrounding towns even if you have to travel to Manchester. This agency must be shut down or at least shut down and restart it from the ground up and I have nothing more to say this agency is the worst and Google requires me to give it at least one star but if I could give it no stars or negative stars it would receive -100 stars that s all I have to say beware and don t trust this agency with your care if you want to get better this place won t be helping you

This place is negligent!! I don't recommend it. They wait you to get worse to start doing something to help you.
Jennefer said I was looking for help at wrong place.
Tom hang out the phone on me.
Why Do you have a clinic if you can't help your patients?
"failure to take proper care in doing something."
