DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!!! Awful experience!!! Being the Visitors Bureau you would think it would be the place to book a tour... the "book with confidence" adds insult to injury because as soon as I made my reservation instead of getting a screen with a confirmation I got a "booking reservation failed" message and immediately after that I got an email stating they were going to refund my money in 10+ days!!! If it "failed" why did they charge?... checked my account and sure enough, the charge was already there.
Not helpful at all. They're too stingy to mail you guides or maps.
