I have been a customer of Great Stuff Inc. for a few years now and I have always been impressed with their products. The quality is outstanding and their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Cord reel makes it a snap to retract my electrical cord when I'm not using it and it has a little computer built in to handle surges. It even has a "safety stop" feature to stop it if something impedes it while retracting. And it slows down during the last couple of feet of retracting so it doesn't do a nasty slap against the sid of the ball. It has a cool look and it is easy to tote around.

I love the design and the construction, but the REMOTE and MAIN Battery lives are TERRIBLE. We have 2 of the Water Robo and 1 Power Robo. My husband loves his Power Robo for his shop, but the batteries in the water Robos are crab. While Great Stuff has been quick to send replacement remotes, they only last about a year... I received a new remote in April and here it is in June and the remote is dead again. These are sealed units, so you cannot replace the battery(s). Great design if you are the one selling the remotes, terrible for the CUSTOMER. Replacement Remotes, once out of Warranty are $59.99 and the Battery in $79.99. Not sure what we'll do after the warranty, but we will not be spending $140 x2 units just to keep using them. The Remotes need to be Redesigned with a REPLACEABLE battey(s).
