Valerie has been such a pleasure to work with. She is not only knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly, she is very quick to reply. Igor and his team made refinancing my home a breeze. 8 days from start to finish....seriously. I had issues with another bank regarding appraisals during COVID, Igor was able to get it done without a hitch. And I cant say enough good things about his team...the whole process was effortless from start to finish and a lower rate than anyone else quoted us to boot. Highly recommend them.
