Daughter graduated Navy boot camp. Glad she is headed to Pensacola.
. Better accommodation for families on base. Not a bad experience though.

Nice training station. Picked up granddaughter's boyfriend up for weekend pass. Being army veteran got a kick out of seeing soldiers walk around in bell bottom's. God bless em all.
My son's graduation was held here. Not the best seats in the house for everyone, but no one cared. Because our prides and joys were all graduating. Also Did not see much, except for auditorium, which was very very big. With lots of security and parking space. #Proud Navy Mom.
Found this place on craigslist, just a random search. Stumbled upon a forklift cage that our business needed. I messaged and got directions. The transaction was great. The owner was there, he is a really good guy.
I definitely will be doing some more business with them in the near future.
The grounds are not well maintained in the rv park. Pot holes everywhere. Bad for cars and rvs Beautiful view. Firepit riings have been moved and are inappropriately placed which is a hazard for many reasons. Seems to lack direct oversight and definately an after thought to the base. Really too bad.....
The most amazing event I have ever seen in my life. Security is #1. A must attend for anyone in military life.
I had the opportunity to watch my son graduate from the Navy. It was a beautiful ceremony.
It was wonderful to swim with my son and my niece very good space and good treatment and very friendly and happy to meet
There are 2 USO at O Hare airport. THe one you can only get to after a security checkpoint. That one your military person and family are welcome. The one outside security ONLY your military person is allowed in. Very important for navy families to know when meeting for sailor to ship out for A school.
The presentation of the flags, and everything was just cool. Definitely not your high school or college pomp and circumstance. Way better
Great place to go and meet people or just enjoy different venues
A decent place for Sailors and family. Great service to U.S. service people.
It's a bit confusing trying to get there at first, but it's a nice small environment to be around right before your heading into bootcamp. You get to meet and talk to several different people before those 2 nerve racking months ahead of you.
Ive been to many USOs while active duty, anr this remains one of my favorites. Free Popeyes dinner on Thursdays!
Providing our soliders with what they need. Great job
I was here for my father's military honor for his passing. When I was here many years ago for my grandfather's it was absolutely horrible and shameful. Today....very nice and updated. The military and civilian employees are very nice and respectful.
The volunteers were so helpful. They were doing whatever they could to make us feel at home and comfortable.
Pretty chill place granted its kind of lack luster on space but it does have a homely feel to it. Not to mention the free stuff they have on hand is always a plus
I didn't actually visit here but instead I am their garbage man and is an honor to serve those who serve our military.
Great USO! The Staff are very nice. I have to give a shoutout to Jeremiah and Clarice. They are very helpful and make me feel like I m home. also the Girl Scout cookies are amazing.
Gunnery A School in the Green House (1977-1978) and Gunnery C School in same place (1981-82), some of the very BEST times of my life were there. Now as I get older, I see that "FTN" actually meant "Fun Time Navy." All of you there now, enjoy it. You will one day look back fondly and wish as I do now that I made more of my time there than I did.
This place has everything! You only have to come at the right day and time. Just like most USOs they have computers, movie theater, library, lounge, and games. Like I said if you come at the right timing they may have free food!
U can't even buy a cigarettes without military ID. Looks like their store is for military only.
Nice and welcoming for the Sailors only. But Beware EVERYONE ELSE will be told to leave...a place for the Sailors to go to for anything like to eat or to relax or anything they may need. That is if the old people there don't rush them off.
One of the better 4th of July celebrations I've attended.
Son graduated from NAVAL ACADEMY I enjoy the experience
Came for a Navy graduation and even though this place gets PACKED it's easy to get in and out of. Be warned though- show up before gate opens for stress free parking. Yes, the entrance line will be stopped full of cars, but showing up early will be worth it as seating fills up insanely quick.
Excellent!! Watched my son graduate!! Nothing else left to say about the phenomenal US Navy
Fun time for the 4th of July. Not many rides at the carnival. The selection of rides is less than that of say, the Palatine celebration. Prices for tickets on the high end given the ride selection. Food service slow. Good concert acts available.
Great atmosphere, everyone is welcoming. For our servace members and familys
Can't wait for graduation on August 25th! A great birthday gift for him.
It's for military and there families veterans, active duty and retired service members
An international petty ofecer i'm going to take my specialized training here
Go Navy Go
our son just went to training and we are miss him and we are proud of him.
What a fantastic place. A must go if you ever have a chance
Very nice base! Thanks thanks to all Sailors for your services! God Bless you all!
Great place for active duty personnel! Lots of food and drink and plenty of do. Pretty good place to go if you need to blow off some steam.
Great experience watching our son become a sailor at graduation!
