I worked for Great Grottos for 4 seasons and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great team to work with each year and supportive Head Office staff and management. Would happily work for them again.

Magical experience with Santa and my son. Great value for money and the most beautiful keepsakes that I will cherish.

I work in education and have taken some of my younger students to visit Santa and his elves at one of these Grottos - all of them had a wonderful experience and came away happy and feeling festive. All the staff were polite and engaging. 100% recommend!

i worked as santa at the lakeside grotto and everyone had a great time.

Extremely well maintained grottos and the magic of Christmas is kept alive throughout the visit. Kids are well and truly entertained. Gifts to the kids and great professional photos at an affordable price.

Elves and Santa very friendly and accommodating with huge smiles to greet every child and adult alike

Went to York outlet. Very disappointed. Grotto nice but on meeting Santa it was a very quick hello and it felt very very awkward. The energy from him lacked warmth and felt like he was counting the hours till his shift finished! Our girls clearly picked up on this as they became withdrawn when usually they re very sociable. It didn t actually feel like he liked kids.... No festive cheer at all! Gift Was given very quickly, photo taken and then the two elves couldn t cope with sudden amount of 3 people at the kiosk to collect photos and came across very flustered . We bought three picture snow globes and a print. We asked if we could buy the JPEG on usb but this wasn t an option. All was put together very rushed, elf bending our photo around, dropping it on the floor twice, like it s a cheap piece of paper and one of the globe photos has positioned our girls to the left due to bad cropping! Thankfully the other two globes are ok.(We had ensured the photo was centralized before printing but clearly the globe shape cutter was used incorrectly due to the elf rushing!). If we lived nearer I d have returned fur a replacement photo. I will be contacting the company to see if photos are saved. The toys given were cheap and to sum it up, we definitely won t be visiting Santa here again!

We took our 3 year old to see Father Christmas for the first time at the Ashford Outlet and what a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The Elf that greeted us just kept asking my daughter if she had been naughty or nice to which my daughter kept saying "good" so I ended up saying to this girl she has been a good girl! At this point another girl appeared from the red drawn curtain and said to this girl to let us go in. This was the real disappointed, Father Christmas! No "HO HO HO" or even a "Merry Christmas" as you would expect from a real Santa! just Hi!

Went to a branch in Wood Green. Was very disappointed! A complete waste of money! They just took pictures for the sake of taking them! Took a few shots, even though the baby wasnt looking and made us choose from the lousy shots they took. Quality of the pics were horrible! Could barely see santa's face due to the flash! They didnt even do any adjustments/edits on the pic. I also booked online, they gave me a 30 minute appointment schedule, but only spent 5 minutes on us. It was so rushed! They just wanted to get it over with. Never again.

I applied to work as an Elf for great grottos and i clearly said on the phone i can only do a certain day because of the distance and doing another job.Fristly , when i got there for the induction ,i didht feel the training was great More

Avoid at all cost! I had booked to see Santa in dobbies Woodbridge I turn up with my ticket and my excited child for them to say Santa is not in today infact he s not in until Thursday and there s nothing they can do! Vile unprofessional and disgusting. Ruined my child s day.

Visited Father Christmas with my young grandson at The Exchange, Ilford. He was quite scared and the whole team were so patient and understanding. Father Christmas was the most believable I have seen in many a year. Went back a bit later so he could have picture taken (he wouldn't the first time). Truly magical experience. Thanks
