Have used Graypaul Ferrari for many years to purchase cars and they are head and shoulders above others. Broke down with a flat tyre, the service from the initial call to reception, through to being dropped off at my office was exemplary. Would expect cars in the showroom to be cleaned to a high standard but sadly not.

Having used the dealership for some years now they have always been very attentive. Very much customer focused and they have a very friendly atmosphere in what I could only imagine to be a fierce market place for such cars. I have no hesitations in reccomending the dealership if you are looking for Ferraris or Maseratis. Nic, Nigel, Jonathan and Mario all have time to talk to their customers when they drop by.

Just think all that money for a car and they still go wrong and in a big way. I'll stick to my nice ordinary car which cost less than one tyre does on some of these cars.

I have just purchased my first Ferrari from this dealership.
I first spoke with Nigel over the phone and then their business manager Gareth. For me purchasing one of these cars has been a dream for the last 35 years. Nigel & Gareth are true Gentlemen who went above and beyond to ensure that the buying experience was second to none. The car is beautifully prepared and surpassed my expectations of a used car. The dealership in itself is stunning with some amazing cars, 5 star hotel style toilets and fantastic coffee bar. By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had, of course the car is fantastic but Nigel & Gareth didn t just treat me as another sale . I felt very welcome from the minute I walked through the door and I was even given a mug to match my car! If you are in the market for one of these cars talk to Nigel & Gareth first. NO COLLECTION SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH !!!

Cant say that's what I call good service. Used Will @ GP in the past as JCT600 had damaged two of my cars previously. Now left looking for a 3rd Ferrari dealer!

Amazing cars and amazing staff letting us in to see the cars

I rang Graypaul to say it was my sons 7th birthday and could we come and look at have a look around. Rhe receptionist was very friendly and said we were more than welcome to come have a look and even have a sit in some of the cars the cars and even take photos. When we arrived we were offered a drink and was also given some printed pictures of a Ferrari which made my sons day. Super friendly staff, more then welcomming and encourage to visit again anytime. Really impressed - thank you all!

These guys are the best. Nothing is a bother to them. You are made to feel special, possibly their sales technique, but who cares, it's nice to be made to feel important.
I've bought 2 Ferrari's from them and both times what a pleasure.
Buying Mercedes or Audi or whatever other brand, one walks in and is basically ignored by the suited sales people, whilst being genuinely interested in spending not an insignificant amount on their products.
At Greypaul one is greeted like an old friend. Offered refreshment. Paid attention to whilst having a 'browse', made to feel welcome in their dealership. The others could learn one hell of a lot from Greypaul, and by others I mean other Ferrari dealers...
After sales is great too. They will collect your car and return it a few days later all done and ready to go.
Yep! If you want a special car take the time to drive to Nottingham, even if you are a few hours away, or, if you're like me, phone, discuss and buy over the phone.. Both times.. You can be rest assured that you won't buy a duff car and when you turn up to collect your dream car you won't be disappointed with the way the 'boring' bit is done... The paperwork. Quick, efficient, fully explained and then your car is unveiled, explained to you in every detail and even, as in my case of being afraid to drive off, the offer of 'shall I take you out in it first?', is well received with a huge sigh of relief.
As long as I can control one of these beautiful machines I will continue to use Greypaul.
Piece of mind goes a long way to resting easy at night with one's pride and joy residing in the garage.

Absolutely brilliant dealership, as a bit of a car nut I generally travel around dealerships and this still stands as one of my absolute favourites. The stock is amazing and always changing. The staff are friendly and completely don t mind that I m just in there for photos and I have received a few gifts for free from the staff. Showroom is well later out and really good for browsing.

Absolutely recommend this place, brilliant for anyone, especially with the lounge serving drinks and delicious cake.

It was clear I was not there to buy a car but to see if my autistic son could have a look around and take some pics on his phone. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she was amazing. The exspeanse was out of this world. Thank you so much.

Had to pop into the Showroom on Monday for a quick reset to my vehicle. As always the Reception staff were wonderful, but even better on this occasion was that I was offered the most mouthwatering Orange & Polenta cake - which was gluten free!!! None of the showrooms I have visited before have ever offered me this option and the cake itself was absolutely moreish!!!! Well done Graypaul!!!!

Came in with our sons to see the cars and they were practically drooling, didnt stop talking about them all weekend. The staff were really friendly and gave us drinks and sweets and let us take lots of piccies.

I had my newly purchased (not from Graypaul) Maserati Ghibli have it's big (and expensive) 4 year service a week ago at Graypaul. There is no doubt that I was very well looked after at the dealership and the service was thorough, so 5 Stars there.
But in follow up to a few fairly basic enquiries about matters arising from the service I have had to chase repeatedly on a number of occasions and am still awaiting final answers. Whilst a few email gremlins might have contributed to this, Parts & Service know I have been chasing them and I will have to chase them again after the weekend.

Dealt with Dan Read (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and Neil Stewart (Ferrari Specialist) - two individuals with a real passion for and understanding of the product (also suitably enthusiastic/knowledgeable about my beautiful Carmine Red Porsche 911 Carrera GTS as a trade-in).

From the polite welcome I received at my first tentative visit, where its all a bit overwhelming to a car nut like me, to the day when you pick up your first Ferrari, the whole experience has been great...It's not just the attention to detail, but the fact the whole family is looked after while we talk cars. (my wife and son had a guided behind the scenes tour whilst I talked mechanicals with the technicians.!) A lovely place to buy a car staffed by caring, professional staff. Graypaul Nottingham - in particular Nigel Haynes, Nic Shacklock and Nick Jessop - are a pleasure to deal with. Whether buying a car, aftersales or participating in Corso Pilota, they are always willing to help and ensure my requirements are met to the full.

Great service from start to finish, I dont normally write reviews, especially about car dealerships but these guys are an exception to the rule. Top cars from top people, this is what buying a car should be like.

As a student studying Footwear Design Degree I needed some pics for my primary research of supercars and Graypaul Ferrari was the right choice. The two female receptionists at Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham were very friendly and polite. They had welcomed me into the showroom with a big smile and a big smile when I left and were easily approachable. The showroom is extremely clean and the layout looks very sophisticated with nice photography on the walls. All the Ferrari's were well presented and it must be a job for those polishing the vehicles on regular basis. Even the sales reps were nice and polite and responded with either a 'hi' or with a smile.

I always thought supercar dealers may have a bit of a stiffer upper lip and judge you from what you wear or drive but these guys were brilliant and I can highly recommend these guys.
