Does not guarantee FDA reasonable accommodations for confirmed documented medical disabilities.
In response to owner below, Yes:
1. We requested the accommodation within the text box on the ticket purchase site. There is no mention on the website for need of externally written documentation, as we would have been readily happy to supply.
2. We spoke directly with a representative at the tour center and expressed our concern and requests, informing her that the children receive these accommodations at school for this condition. We were not asked to provide any documentation. We were simply informed that "accommodations cannot be guaranteed".
3. We spoke directly with owner. He never asked for any documentation and instead informed us that he would "not guarantee accommodations" and stated that we should simply not attend the tour.
4. Full accommodations were not received. One of the children had negative outcome from the trip.
My suggestion to the owner, is to either accept people's medical disabilities and requested accommodations as stated in the accommodation box or have a standard attachment required along with specified documentation necessary to fulfill that request on your website.
Also be courteous, and ask the customer to explain their needs and try to find something that might work, rather than jumping to, "No, accommodations are not guaranteed".
Our Driver was exceptional in his driving skills, tour information and people skills. He asked about our needs and tried to address them within his control reasonably. He even drove to try to accommodate some of our needs.
