Horrible customer service. Ladies in the office are witches. They will not service your machine if it is your bills due date. This is a family company with cocky attitudes. Save your money and time and go with someone else. Worst business ever. The only high reviews they have are from the employees themselves. How laughable.

Our lease of a SHARP MX-2651 was an excellent choice for our office. This copier performs well and is easy to use. The customer service that we have received at Gray and Creech has been superb. This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with! When you call it isn't welcoming at all and they don't even state their name. They don't seem too be knowledgeable of their products and fees and when you finally do get an answer to a question they can't just get to the point!

I'd like to offer an unsolicited shout-out to Gray and Creech. I have been a very happy customer of this fine company for several years. Without exception, their professionalism and courtesy after the sale have been phenomenal. Never, on the RARE occasion of needing equipment repair have I waited more than an hour or two for the technician to arrive. I typically receive communication from the sales rep, the technician, and management within minutes of requesting service. At one point, the technician could not resolve the issue immediately---and my files were printed at Gray and Creech and couriered back to me. Who could ask for any better service??? I wholeheartedly recommend this fine company to anyone who finds themselves in need of office systems. Give them a call--you'll be glad you did!

We love our copier! It was so many capabilities. Ryan was able to get us a slightly upgraded model to better fit our needs. The company is wonderful to work with. They quickly address any issues we have & their response time to problems with the machine is outstanding. I highly recommend this company!!
