I should have known it from the beginning when they asked me 6 different times to sign the documents because they kept messing up my bank account.
Thirdly, they have caused my business to lose over $12,000 because of their systems not working and they don t even care to help make it right.
I m not one to bad mouth a company or people... but literally there hasn t been an ounce of helping with fixing my accounts and nor will they let you transfer out. Your just stuck losing money.
It s gotten so bad that I now have to file a lawsuit for all the damages they have caused my business.
I could go on and on with other examples of them accidentally taking money out of my accounts and other horror stories.. but in a nut shell

Great team that really cares about their merchants. They practice transparancy and competitive rates to help small business owners. Also the CEO lowered his salary of $1 million to give everyone in the company a base of 70k in order to help provide them with a real living wage and that's pretty awesome in my book.
We have been with them for over 3 years. they have been very good responding to us whenever we have questions or need technical support.
I wish there were an option for more stars!! Our company went through quite the due diligence in getting four different quotes for reviewing our processing needs. From the very start, working with our local rep Aaron in Spokane, WA was a much different experience than the other companies. He was upfront and educating, keeping in contact without being pushy and respectful of our time and process to make the right choice. And boy did we ever!! Gravity has saved us money from the very start and helped lead us into a better operating system that offers cost savings and up to date equipment. We use both the virtual terminal and a counter top machine. Aaron has gone above and beyond in helping us familiarize ourselves with the equipment and making sure we were clear about all up front costs and ongoing fees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using him and Gravity for a hassle free, money saving credit card processor. You will not be disappointed.
We switched over to Gravity Payments in 2009, and the whole process was pretty seamless. We work with Art Tay who is our rep from Gravity. Art has always been highly responsive to any questions that come up. The company is very honest and transparent in terms of fees. Recently, our bank wanted to quote us for taking over all our credit card processing but they could not compete with Gravity, despite their high minimum wage. The business decision to pay these high minimum wages has not affected the rates they are charging us. They remain very cost competitive and a good company to do business with for credit card processing.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Not professional, terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone who values respect and professionalism. Look anywhere but here for your transaction needs.
They are have really poor service and you never see the reps. I was paying over 3% with them and they always told me to let them know if I get a better offer and that they will match it. I thought it was cool until I realized they were just saying that so they could rip me off for as long as they could until someone else gave me a fair rate and then they would drop it down just to keep my account. After thought they definitely do not deserve my business in that case. The new company I got saved me $500 a month that they were stealing from me. STAY AWAY!
