Warning, to use a Carolina West cell phone you may have to get in your car and drive away from your house. And since they refuse to allow other carriers to use their towers, regardless of who your phone is with, if you live in Wilkes and can't get a good signal it is likely Carolina West's fault. Zero stars would be a more accurate rating.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star, because they do not even deserve my time here, but I hope this review, added with all the other 1 stars can help someone else avoid them.

I have been with this company for 6 years. I have no problems with my service. I have received friendly and helpful service from the employees over the years. And sometimes going above and beyond to serve my needs. I appreciate that! Excellent place!
We switched to CW over a year ago and have been very pleased. If you can speak to Nick Wehrmann you will not be disappointed. He is very customer focused and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
I love CWW! Been with them for many years possibly since the beginning of cell phones. I ve always had excellent service from Carolina West . My only qualm is, I would love getting 4G LTE everywhere I go.
Pretty good little store for Carolina West, though it should be excellent since it's THE corporate store. Phones on display, people to help, nothing fancy. I know that cell phone stores always have to sell phones so what stands them apart is the unique accessories, attention to detail, care of accounts and friendly service. All of those could use some improvement at this location. There is a better location in Boone at New Market Center.
I am very happy with this service, I have been with this company for over 20 years.
We live in a very rural area and we are so happy to have a wireless company that works so well out here. I've also traveled and although I may have a few slow areas, it works where it matters most.
Products and employees are great but the price of service is high.
Learned a lot about the product including that for around $5/mo you can add a TeleDr service. So cool!
