We were renting a car and decided to purchase it since the car runs good, a used car for 5K plus.
I made several calls because of questions we had, the persons I talked to sounded like they were nor very happy I was calling, I guess they thought we were not going to make the purchase and they were waiting their time with me...
I called the girls/lady at the office to pay with a card, the transaction was made with no problem. I was waiting for a thank you for your purchase, or thank you have a good day.
Nothing was said!
So I asked, is this all? she said yes, I waited again for a thank you, NOTHING, so I then hung up.
Sure it was a used car, but it still was l a 5k transaction.
The 4 stars is because the car is good, but they need to work on customer service.

rented a golf cart from these guys. The cart was in good shape and ran perfectly and the price was reasonable. we worked with darren and he was awesome. great experience they have my future business when we're ready to purchase rent or repair.

I called in for service on my cart. We discussed the possible issue. He said simple fix and we agreed instead of picking up the cart he would bring the part to me and fix at my house. I explained that I own many trailers and can drop it off if needed to avoid a charge.

Appt was for 4 pm on my wife s bday. He pushed back the time and we went to dinner and came home before he showed at almost 10pm. The simple fix was not working so he said he had to take to the shop for diagnosing.

Since we use the cart to pick up kids from bus stop, we needed it back. But, after 15 days I called and it had not been looked at. After 30 days I called and it had not been looked at. At 45 days it had not been looked at so I told them I was coming to get the cart. The guy asked which one it was and I explained it. He informed me that they ha e been using my cart around the yard because they didn t know who it belonged to. There was never a problem. It fixed itself. (I had washed it and moisture was in the wiring).

The guy who picked up called and said how sorry he was. He dropped it off while I was not home. When I saw it I was furious because we kept it spotless. They left it outside and it was filthy and well used.

I didn t think too much of the situation until I received a bill. I have called the store and their sister store and left over 10 messages for the owner. He has NEVER called me back to resolve the issue. At first, I called to pay the amount that I promised to pay the tech to come fix my cart despite no work being performed. I thought that was crazy generous.

But now....keep sending bills. They won t be paid. I have no intention of doing business with this company or the sister store and warn others about their business ethics.
