Quality work for software development and digital marketing

One of the worst company in the entire digital fraternity. They lack basic business sense specifically the COO of the company who herself is incompetent and a complete misfit for her position, also she lacks in manners. They are not at all employee friendly and try to fake things like 'Work life balance". If you are planing to join this company, my advice to you is better stay unemployed than compromise on your respect and integrity.

It looked like a great infrastructure and open office space with clear vision of the floor. People seemed absolutely nice. It was my first visit for an interview and does look like an organization to work for.

*Pros* if you want to work with Some of Good Brands, Then Grapes Digital is for you. *Cons* you don't know when Management Comes to you and Say : Hi, We are firing you and your notice period starts from today. One More thing: if you are on notice period, Don't even expect your salary for that month as your half day leave(obviously, you will have to take for interviews) day Leave will be treated as Full day and full day will be treated as two day leave. So technically if you take 15 days, you will have to pay (Forget about Salary).
