We didn't stay at the lodge, but must give a 5-star review for the kindness and assistance of lodge manager Dave Brooks. We had a punctured tire while driving through Grand Teton and tried the service station, which was closed on a Sunday. Dave was off work but happened to be passing by, asked if we needed anything, and then stopped, opened up the shop, tried patching our tire, and ultimately changed our tire. He was off work, and doesn't even work at the service station, but must have spent about an hour with us... and then insisted he couldn't charge us since the shop was closed. With a punctured tire and no jack in a national park, we aren't sure what we would have done if not for running into Dave. We are SO grateful!!

Like all National Park concessions it is the only game in town but they do a much more tremendous job than what we've experienced at other parks. Captain Phil who took us out on his beautiful purpose-built fishing boat is a true outdoorsman and he is able to speak to so much more because of his extensive life experiences and past professional career. He was also great with my young enthusiastic daughter. Every staff member we met was knowledgeable, experienced, well spoken, responded positively to conversation starters, and happy to be at Grand Teton. The deep tans suggest that they too take advantage of the surrounding beauty and opportunities for recreation. Maybe we were just super lucky but we had driven in via Truckee/Nevada/Idaho, been to Yosemite in the past month, and ended up in Yellowstone... and the sheer joy of living in majesty was simply not consistently in these places. I hope the magic is real in Grand Teton!

We stopped in to check out the lodge and learn about the amenities they have. Wow. The first gem is the stunning views from the lobby seating area of Jackson Lake, just incredible and magnificent. You could easily spend an entire day relaxing and viewing the lake area through the immense windows.

Within the building they have an adjoining bar that has a huge outside patio once again facing Jackson Lake (drinks are expensive $$$). The lodge has a 2 restaurants one being fine dinning (Mural room) & more leisure Pioneer Grill. We tried to make reservation (9-15-21) but they were booked and had a 25 count waiting list (make reservations early for this restaurant).

This is a really classy and enjoyable Lodge - If I'd go back, I'd definitely stay here!

Spent $400 a night to stay in a filthy dirty cabin. Had high expectations because of the price and star rating but was sorely disappointed! Came here for my birthday and this room did not make it special. I would have gotten better cleanliness from a Super 8 or Motel 6 for a fraction of the price. First thing I noticed was they gave us 1 bar of soap that was crunched up into sharp shards. This place was not vacuumed, swept, or dusted. There are spider webs everywhere and everything has a thick layer of dirt and dust. I don t want to walk barefoot on the floor or use the shower or tub. The sinks, tub, and toilet have scummy dirty rings, yuck! They only gave us 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights. There are no amenities or anything to make your stay comfortable just crushed up soap shards, 2 towels, and a filthy Keurig with 2 creamers. Then to add insult to injury they left an envelope asking for tips front and center. Tips for what not cleaning anything? They had time to doodle us a note with a picture but not to clean anything, thank for nothing!!! They could have spent that 10 min. cleaning instead! The decor is outdated and not charming or rustic in a good way. If your thinking of staying here save yourself the money and go camping instead. I was told by the restaurant that they re out of a lot of things because they re only open for 2 more nights. It seems like they just stopped doing their job because the summer is almost over. It said online they take extra care because we re in the middle of a pandemic. If this is extra care I would hate to see it before! We deserve the same service as anyone else even if they re only open for 2 more days especially if you want a tip! Especially at these prices! Not worth it! I m very disappointed and feel ripped off!!!

The room was great. The staff is terrible. We ate at the Mural room. Asked for separate checks and was told by the waiter that if we just put our room #'s down by our food, it would be charged to the correct rooms. We'll, it was only charged to 1 room. Tried to straighten it out with the nite manager, thought it was but I was still billed the complete bill for all 3! Called and was told they will try to straighten it out. Meanwhile all 3 rooms were also charged!
The staff is under trained and short staffed it shows. I will not go back to this lodge.

Stayed two nights in the lodge and two nights in the cabins. Great area and easy to drive to other attractions within park. The view from the back of the lodge is spectacular.

I would give it 5 stars, but the food options were not good (especially for the price). Coffee stand in the AM could use more staff or another location, expect to wait 20+ minutes depending on when get in line in the morning.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The main lodge had great views and enjoyed some food (to go) and drinks at the bar there. We stayed at a cabin room with a view of the mountains as well as a room with a porch and enjoyed both. If you want a lodge in the national park, stay here.

We stayed at Colter Bay in a cabin with a shared bathroom attached.
Good for a few overnights. Scenery is fantastic. If you want a more exclusive stay at Jackson Lodge. Very nice accommodations with a great view lodge on the second level. With multiple restaurant options.

This place was a blessing. So close to the hospital. Employees were friendly and helped us with anything we needed. I loved staying in the cabins. It was so nice to open the windows and have fresh air flowing through the cabin. We used the grill to cook one night and sat at the picnic tables several nights to eat our dinner.
