The place is pretty good. It's just that it needs development and promotion so that it attracts people to stay at this hotel.

Room was nice. Small but comfy. I get a small porch which is cool. They provide a hair dryer which i value very much.

The hotel is good even though it is in a quiet area and there are not many things to see.

The visit in the framework of trainning. The hotel location is quite strategic because it is on the Jakarta - Merak toll road and meeting rooms and good sound so it is very supportive in the smooth running of the activities.

The room is good, I want the deluxe room..there is the balcony so I can see the night view of Tangerang from a height..very beautiful..but minus my room can't be locked, even though the card has been taken ... so it's just insecure if I want to leave the room ... but thank God everything is safe ... but still needs improvement ...

Then the parking lot of the motorbike is too far from the hotel and very quiet ... so it's a bit scary ... where is the parking lot in the grand mall basement which is like going to close it ... is the main thing (scary parking)

But for a good hotel, the service is also good, the taste of the food is normal for a 4 star class. It needs to be improved ...

I stayed in the grand serpong horizon, the spacious (deluxe) and complete rooms were neatly arranged. Some facilities need renovation because yes it is an old hotel. Comfortable hotel atmosphere and lots of food variations.
The dirty pool needs improvement, so I swim because it's dirty.
Correction or advice, picking up to enter the hotel area should not pay for parking if it takes less than 5 minutes, this is not just parking just to reduce or raise passengers.

The location is less strategic, access is difficult and the lighting is lacking, the AC room is not functioning, after a new complaint, replace the room where the AC is cold. The breakfast is less tasty, seems unkempt and old, must be restored again

Alhamdulillah, I was able to stay at this hotel in order to attend an event from the Ministry of Religion. Can be filled with two people with a view of the Cisadane river. We can get a bathroom without hot water, but it's still comfortable and clean. There is a swimming pool also on the 10th floor.

Reception sometimes off to nowhere to be found. There is no free wifi at the lobby, even thou you are a regular, you need to book a room first. Elevator for hotel and apartement was combined, and some of the elevator broke.

Used to be Grand Serpong Hotel taken over by Horison hotel chain management?? Don't know if just taken over recently or not, but in some aspect still not reflecting Horizon group standard management. Noisy aircon while staying there and definitely need lots of improvement in pool maintainance and hygiene.

The atmosphere and service seemed more than home ...

Access from Soekarno-Hatta airport is quite easy because it is close to the toll exit to the hotel, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel had implemented health protocols in accordance with government recommendations, the rooms were quite clean and comfortable, the room models were like studio type apartments but very good layout and interior, only the service at the reception is rather unsatisfactory because the waiter does not understand the division of the rooms.
