The building from the outside looks seedy not like a 4 star hotel if the heck could be repainted to look nice. The service is pretty good, the lift is big, the hotel standard food. Easy highway access because it is located on a side street. But out of the hotel the traffic jam was asking for amsy ..
It used to be a mall but now it's an empty building
The place is comfortable. The wifi is fast. There is a swimming pool. There is for karaoke ... easy access ... the view is awesome ... really.
Pretty happy if you stay here, because you immediately see the beautiful Tangrang city view.
Older hotels in some places need time for rejuvenation and quality improvement.
The hotel is in management transition ... located inside the grand serpong mall which is very quiet (visitors and tenants). Hotel facilities such as swimming pools are under repair, cannot be used. The room was dirty, sprey and the blankets were a lot of stains. The room has many "occupants" (cockroaches and mosquitoes). Refrigerator turns off.
The hotel is not too far from Soekarno Hatta airport but is quite good.
The hotel is nice and clean, only the parking lot has to be further improved in terms of neatness, access and comfort ...

Rating according to the hotel star. Actually this hotel is good. The service is okay. Maybe the minus is because this hotel is old, so some are not negotiable. I see there are some walls / paint that look like peeling off.
In my case, around 1 or 2 am I woke up many times because the AC was leaking. Water was dripping continuously. When I called the receptionist, the technician came. But yes, just clean it in order. After saying sorry then I said it was okay and after that just left. I cleaned up the bed, when I looked at the door, the door opened and the technician was gone again
Then the swimming pool also has maintenance. Even though I want to swim. And on my right there is also the balcony door, the handle is not there. The handle fell off and it seemed they forgot to replace it. So it only has a hinge and it is locked and can't be opened.

Horison grand serpong, the hotel was inaugurated in 2014. Some users are happy to rest in this hotel because of the toll & close to the city. For the room itself, the standard version has a small balcony but it can't be used to hang out because there is an AC blower. Must be hot.
Stay here to bring 2 babies and so far just comfortable, the mattress is rather small compared to other hotels.
