One of the best state parks that I have ever visited. Camping sights are spaced apart well and perfectly maintained. The staff here is always incredibly nice and helpful. It's close to Burlington if you need a little city break. It has an awesome beach for swimming and also a boat launch.

Great park. Clean, grassy sites, nice cabins and good waterfront. We had fun kayaking and were able to leave the boats at the launch. Bathrooms are well maintained. Plenty to see in the area, including the old railroad causeway. The islands have kept an old time feel.

Wonderful stay at Grand Isle. The staff was polite and helpful. The showers and restroom were clean and not a far walk from any camp site. But the sunrises in the morning over the lake are why we go back every year! Absolutely stunning! Renting the kayaks were a breeze and the gentleman in the office booth was very helpful to recommend things to do in Stowe. See you again in October!

Beautiful park. The showers are coin operated just a heads up but not expensive and very clean. Plenty of nice lean-to sites. Make sure of course to bring food items and garbage to your vehicle and there are dumpsters to throw out your garbage as there are racoons that come out at night. They sell wood and ice on site also very reasonable. Plenty of restrooms also clean. Beautiful views. Beautiful park. Just a short drive to Burlington to go out for a nice dinner or enjoy the city for a night as well. I would definitely return. I would love to check out a cabin sometime but would def rent a lean-to again as well. Family friendly. There is a park and quiet times are strictly enforced from 10pm-7am.
