Grand Hyatt Seattle Review

Ok so the lobby is beautiful, very new and clean and all that, everything else is great also, blah blah, all of that doesn't matter. The reason you should stay here is because of the bathroom. Oh my goodness this bathtub is the best thing ever!! They even give you one of those bath tub tray things that you can put your washcloth, or a book, or whatever, on, it's so nice. I had splurged because I have a tradeshow nearby that I have to be at early in the morning, and the whole day I was questioning if I was frivolous for getting a room here.... You know what - I don't care, this bath is freaking amazing! Well worth it!

Stay here! The staff are great. I mean that, they're all amazing!! Restaurants are close and Pike Place is within walking distance. It's easy to get to off of freeway which is a plus.

Dined at Ruth Chris for Thanksgiving. Wonderful dinner experience.

The hotel is an old property but is right at the middle of the city. Walkable distance to the Farmer's Market and the Convention Center

The hotel was very nice. I stay in luxury hotels around North America. And I found the service year to be absolutely top-notch. I would use this hotel or another Grand Hyatt anywhere in the world in a heartbeat.

I attended for PAX Wesr 2018 for a panel. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in Seattle. The space was excellent for the panel and probably to hold smaller events.

Ruth's Chris was great for happy hour and dinner. Not impressed with the quality of mixology behind the bar though.

I was treated very well at this hotel and I am not anyone special! When I arrived early they didn't have my room available. Instead of telling me to wait and drop off my luggage they upgraded me to a corner suite. This room was awesome. They were very helpful.
It is connected to a Starbucks and a Convenience Store which is incredibly nice. Short walk to the convention center and in the middle of tons of shopping.

Staff was great, bathroom and bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Very good location close to all stores. Near Starbucks and liked the idea of the deli shop makes it easy to grab snacks or something i need while traveling

Bathroom was big. Tub and a seperate shower! The fridge was small but the bed was super comfortable

This is my first stay at this hotel. 1 There is another door in the room connecting with the room next door. And the gap below the door is very large, you can clearly hear next door neighbor cough and talk. No privacy. The fridge in the room was very loud Very affect sleep. 3 There is a coffee machine in the house but no coffee maker. 4 house cleaning done well, the garbage did not clean up

The rooms are very nice, although there was no pool the overall cleanliness was very good.

We booked a Thursday night stay so we could easily be at the Clipper ferry terminal at 7 in the morning. With taxes and valet parking the cost was $300. It was worth it! We were on 7th floor with incredible view of water and the market.

They forcibly checked out. Entered email and wrong number in the system. Not even asking what could be the time u can checkout. Charged for half day charges and not letting stay back at hotel

First time in Seattle and the Grand Hyatt was well placed and priced. I would recommend this place if your looking to explore downtown sight like Pikes place and the Space Needle

Here at the Hyatt for mozcon 2017. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy, and it's right next to the convention hall.

I enjoyed my stay. The Hot tub and pool room rocks. I had a great view as well. Close to malls and walking distance to most stuff. Tad pricey but it was nice

Love Grand Hyatt's everywhere. This one too. Staff is friendly not stuffy like some places. However my only complaint would be that it's getting old. The place is well kept but you can tell the age based on the furniture. They could use a revamp on their couches and chairs. Bedroom and lobby alike. However that's probably why the price is a lot lower than most other grand hyatts.

Fantastic! Great service! Perfect bed. Great staff. Bring my son and daughter here for my son's bday. We're in town for a week visiting family. When I mentioned that I was going to babysit my granddaughter they offered to send up a crib and microwave. Now that's service!

Grand room and huge bathroom, just no swimming pool

Great downtown location, family friendly, club access rooms are worth it, because they have breakfast, drinks and snacks all day

They don't have parking and not that great of amenities.. the hotel staff usually takes a long time to fulfill any asks (took over 30 mins to deliver plates to the room)

Valet was nice and Starbucks was delicious. Also they have a Pokemon gym.

Really nice bathrooms. We also got a really good view for our room, able to see the Fortnite line in the morning and decide how bad the situation is and if we need to rush down.

The shower was amazing. All glass, could fit 5 people in there practically. Though I only needed room for two.

The room is great - very clean, nice bathroom, etc. However, I am in town for work, and the wi-fi is horrendous, so I've been sitting at Starbucks for the past three hours. It's 2019 - even freaking airplanes can provide more than 0.6 Mbps.

Review is for food and meeting rooms. Attended 2 days of meetings at the Grand Hyatt. Great service, breakfasts were great, lunch even better. Great soups and salads.

This is our second stay here and we LOVE it!!!! The rooms are amazing, clean, also the bed and the bath is to die for!!

I only went into the lobby in order to relax for a moment and use the washrooms, but it was a classy experience and very comforting.
