Fantastic hotel. Was there for two nights. The room was clean and the beds was perfect. Also the bathroom was big and had all you needed. The spa area with sauna is included in the charge for the room and can only be recommended from here. Thanks for a fantastic weekend.
We booked 2 Grand Club rooms for our stay for a break in Berlin which we are enjoying at present.
The hotel is splendid and we found it to be handling COVID-19 regulations perfectly.
The swimming pool and spa are open but limited to a certain amount of people at a time, therefore you have to book your slot if you want to enjoy the facilities. There is an outdoor sun terrace which is also very nice but could do with a few more shades just now.
Having Grand Club facilities is excellent value for as there is a short time in the afternoon where you can enjoy coffee and cake and in the evening there is cocktail hour from 6-8pm where a chef cooks mall snacks and you can enjoy a wine or beer. Breakfast is served in Vox restaurant which has great choices with all the staff doing so well to serve you in such difficult circumstances
The highlight of our stay has been the staff in the Grand Club. Cordelia, the delightful lady in charge, as well as Marie, Antonie and the rest of the staff have served with great professionalism every evening looking after our needs all extremely well. Thank you girls
Our rooms were perfect with everything required for our stay. Housekeeping is every 3 days but it can be requested at intervals of your choice. The rooms were cleaned to an exemplary standard with delightful toiletries and amenities including free bottled water.
The hotel is in the centre of the city with great transport options all around.
All in all we have found The Grand Hyatt to be perfect in every way, location, rooms are great and the staff are the ones who have made our stay fantastic so far in such difficult times.

The Hotel lacks some personality, but services are great, position is perfect and rooms are huge.
To be honest, the bathroom was not that clean: I found some sticky stains of coffee on the floor.
The Spa -even if small- is fully equipped (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and many different treatments).
What I liked the most is the delicious breakfast (definitely worth the price) so I was quite disappointed for the long line to access breakfast on January 2 (about 15 minutes queueing). Don t know why it happened, waiters didn t provide explanation.
The front desk did us a big favor to arrange us an early checking. The house keeping staff was good to keep the room clean and in good order. The hotel location was very good and close to almost everything.
Amazing Hotel, great outside terrace for having a few drinks and fine cigar!
Although I did not stay in this hotel, we did eat in here and the food is superb!

Lovely and peaceful surroundings with lots of bars, eateries and shopping malls nearby. Close to Sony Centre. Very good services and extremely helpful. Relaxing to take a resting break in the lounge.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Black out curtains were a huge help with a toddler who naps. The staff were all wearing masks and taking appropriate COVID-19 precautions. Clean, modern, great location. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights, had a room with access to the gym and spa. It was a wonderful stay.
The hotel is placed near Postdamer Platz and Arkadem Mall.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable, we were upgraded to a room with a view which was amazing.
The health club and spa facilities were excellent but I must say the staff were incredible. They made sure we were well taken care of.
The Vox bar wasn't my favourite as is far too small for the hotel and the staff were slow and not very professional.
I do recommend Grand Hyatt if you are travelling to Berlin.
One of the most wonderful design hotels not just in Germany, but only in Europe. It's like staying at the MET or MOMA. Spacious and luxurious guest rooms, stylish and contemporary restaurants, which offer outstanding food and the personalized service is a class of it own. Enjoy it, you will love and you will miss it, when you will be away.
