The hotel is ideally located, Litewski Square, the Old Town and public transport stops. Nice and helpful service is also a plus. Cleanliness and keeping standards. Despite the pros, so why these 4 stars .. Shower cubicle is a big disappointment because I had to reach for the shower head on my fingers and then hold it because there was no height adjustment. The children had an additional problem because they had to call me to pick up the phone. Breakfast with a fairly modest selection but it wasn't bad. Overall, I consider the stay successful, but these 4 stars are probably just the location

Unfortunately very disappointed with this hotel. Location is excellent but if you choose the economical room that does not ruin your wallet be prepared to have very small accommodation, practically without a window and with very tinny bathroom. Check in staff very stiff and unpleasant. No instructions on how to close the blinds in the skylight! The only source of light . Room has ZERO view. Not worth the money!

A beautiful and friendly place that combines the city's energy with its history. The strength of the brand is evidenced by its courage to work with other entities in Lublin's gastronomy. I had the pleasure to perform at the Grand Hotel with a tea brewing show on behalf of the Insomnia restaurant in Lublin and I am enchanted by the service and contact with the competent lady manager.

A beautiful hotel located in the center of Lublin. In my opinion the prettiest is beautiful outside but also very pretty inside. Very nice and functional rooms in which it is cleanly. Very good food, nice and competent hotel service. Nice bar with delicious coffee and other things. Moderate prices. I would recommend.

Grand indeed. We were in a balcony room and it was exquisite. Hugh ceilings and classic furniture. It s definitely an old building and hotel, but they keep it looking very clean and historic. Service was amazing.

Spent a fantastic time in Lublin at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublinianka while in town on business. The location is unbeatable and the service and value for money were excellent. Not a single aspect of the stay was at all short of expectations.

Very great hotel and also the welnessen part is small but great :) everybody is very friendly and the breakfest ist great too. City center with all bars and restaurants is 5-8 minutes by foot. Perfect location for staying in Lublin.

I definitely recommend accommodation in this hotel during your stay in Lublin. The proximity to the center, appearance, comfort, high standard - these words can describe it. I will definitely come back again while in Lublin.

The inside and the outside look gorgeous and stylish .... but:
Yesterday 10.05.2019 wanting to "stock" to rent a room, the receptionist said that there are no vacancies, we oznajmili my that we room by booking, because there are available on the spot and suddenly they find themselves but also only 40 minutes, we picked it as trying to get rid of us but we went to the hotel bar for a drink and after maybe 5 minutes the room was ready for us .... in the morning at breakfast, asking to supplement the food with scrambled eggs, because a colleague said that he had nothing to eat, he heard that after all, lie next to pancakes, and after a while she came to the table for us waitress asking for your room number to see if they really are guests of hotel ... we felt very unwanted and approached us as people of dubious credibility. We stayed there because we had to sleep somewhere quickly and it was closest. We are sorry that a hotel of this class allowed such behavior among employees in its standards

The hotel is nice and clean. It is in the center of Lublin, very close to many restaurants and pubs. Good breakfast at the hotel. The rooms are small, and the shower in the bathroom is very small too. Also the spa is not opened on Sunday. Overall, good experience.

Conditions suitable for the price. Excellent location. Near Plunia Lubelska and the Old Town. Very nice and obliging service. At the reception you can get a lot of information about interesting places to visit. Swedish buffet breakfasts to choose from and resistance.

Superb service and delicious food. In particular, I liked the cream of roasted peppers and tomatoes. Heaven in mouth :)

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and perfect location. A couple of minor issues, such as the curtains and the door to the room being tricky to close properly. Also, breakfast was fine but nothing special (I'm personally not a fan of generic hotel buffet breakfast, but it's convenient I suppose). Overall a great stay.

Food game is weak here Fam... Painfully average taste and they know it. They almost successfully compensate with atmosphere and helpful/friendly staff. Food tastes like unsalted franchise fair. Started with the bouillabaisse soup, and was almost as disappointed in my meal as my family is in my life decisions. I had the lamb chop with raspberries as my main course, it was almost decent. And by almost decent i mean i could have accidentally made this by tripping on the stairs and all the ingredients in my grocery bag ended up on the floor together. Ritzy feel, quiet relaxed atmosphere, and waiting staff made up for the night.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful building, the rooms are beautiful and always clean, the service is very nice and helpful. I would recommend. It was a hit in my case.

Well. The attic rooms are below the hotel standard. And the hotel, despite the free standard places, eagerly pushes them to customers. You have to be careful not to get to them. On the other hand, once you get there, you won't want to go back to this object.
