The condo we stayed in was very nice. Between the two rooms there was plenty of space. Large kitchen to make family meals, living area big enough for kids to play, and a balcony to check out the view.
Very quiet although in the middle of town. Near stores and entertainment.
Had a mouse in our first room. Bed was not comfortable at all. Tub was huge. Nicest part of room. You could feel the nails under the carpet in several places. Staff was friendly. TVs were small. Dishes were dirty.
It is a very roomy and comfy place with the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I ever slept in. Their were only a couple things the direct TV is pitiful it is very basic with little choice for programs they used to have a great cable line up I don't know why they switch to this very poor setup.Also someone dumped a bunch of shrimp outside of our door and my wife told them about it and how bad it smelled it took 3 days and as many phone calls for them to take care of it! Other than that it is clean unit and very large and has all the comforts of home we always enjoy coming home to (our) second home!!
Very nice time share opportunities and property is well taken care of. Rooms very clean and pleasent atmosphere. Fitness room is adequate, thou a great pool on site.
Each place is a condo a lot with jacuzzi in the master bedroom. We were in a one bedroom with a kitchen pull out guest bed along with our master bedroom. The one thing they could use more of because you're staying a week and you don't get new towels each day is more hanging places for towels in the bathroom. Place looks fairly clean except make sure you do not put your hand on top of blinds and things like that They are dusty. Top of fan in master bedroom My wife would not put on because it was dusty and she was afraid dust would fly all over.
Clean rooms big rooms I told my other half id live here. Only thing is... The elevator is creepy it creeks and I have that feeling something is wrong with it but I'm also terrified of elevators I'm sure nothing is wrong with it I'm all the way on the top floor and I take the steps up. The roon it self is 100% beautiful 100% nothing but good reviews. Full kitchen full bed room 2 bathrooms 1 is just a toilet and shower the one in the bedroom is just a toilet shower tub and sink is in the room

This is my family's second stay at the Grand Crown Resort. Last year was such a great experience we had planned on making the trip yearly (if memory serves me I gave a 4 star review). Before I begin my review, I understand that staffing is a huge issue and I am taking that into consideration with my review.
Our experience started out poorly at check-in. There where only 2 people in line with two people behind the desk. It took over 1 hour to check-in. Upon check-in the room(s) we were found that the rooms we had we not what we reserved. We had a large group which included my family and extended family, so we wanted the same setup we had the previous year two conjoined rooms with access to 3 bathrooms/showers, which worked perfectly for 8 people. We were told it was "your fault that you did not reserve the right rooms". It did not matter when the reservation was presented and no effort was made to try to address the issue. After the extremely long check-in from very "motivated" employees , we headed to our rooms to find the door keys did not work. I went back to the front desk and was literally blamed by the staff for the keys not working. Here is how the conversation went no literally word for word but you will get the idea.
Me: Hello my door keys didn't work.
Front Desk: I know they work, I did that myself
Me: Obviously that is not true or I would not be standing her right now.
Front Desk: Did you mix up the room keys?
Me: I tried all 4 the keys in each door.
Front Desk: I know they work.
Me: Can I just get new keys.
Front Desk (with a great look amazing friendliness): I can create your 4 new keys.
Fast forward about 5 minutes and quick walk back to the room, TADA in the room.
The room itself was fine, it was clean. The issue I had is the conjoined room that we could have used (which if you remember is what we asked for) was empty the whole weekend. The only real problem I had with the room was any call to the house keeping (we ran out of room supplies, no details needed I hope) was never answered and resulting in waiting over an hour for items that should have been in the room already. I one case I drove to the local Wal-Mart picked up what we needed and was back before housekeeping answered the phone.
In short the room itself was fine and I understand staffing issues that are going on but sometimes the customer is right and if you are short handed simple communication from management would help a lot.
Blinds and unit were dusty. The carpet had grease stains. In order to get your parking pass you are practically held hostage to attend a travel presentation. The jacuzzi would be fantastic if every time you use the fire alarm wouldn't go off. Outside of that this was a last minute deal I paid out of pocket and it was worth the price. It was very quiet. Pretty view from the balcony. People were nice.I slept well.
Excellent for a family vacation!! Very spacious. It had all the amenities washer/dryer full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. With a jetted tub in the master bath.
