I think the best way to start this review is to mention that I do credit card processing so I work with a lot of different systems and vendors. I have worked with Granbury Solutions a couple of times and while there were some bumps in the road two individuals made my experience beyond anything I could have imagined. Both Marquette and Cathy Seddio were not only prompt in responses but also but efficient in their work. Marquette understands the systems better than anyone I have ever seen in any company and Cathy is an ear that is more than happy to listen to a frustrated customer (me) and help me understand what I was not seeing in a way that is very customer focused. What could have been a pretty rough situation made me not only a fan of Granbury but also a happy "customer". It is the people within the company that make the company and these two make this a company great.
I have found my experience with Thrive to be top notch. Issues arise, but the tech support team always does their best. I have grown found of most of the individuals that I work with, but none as much as Dalys! He is super friendly & always knows his stuff!
Have to specifically single out Dalys at Granbury tech support! Every time I get connected with him he is quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate his great customer service and support. Thank you Dalys!
Becca Hill has been the best part of our entire Thrive experience. Her ability to work us through difficult challenges is nothing short of amazing. I can t speak highly enough for her efforts and making us feel at ease with the new Thrive POS. GIVE HER A RAISE!! She is truly an asset to your company. We would like to give many thanks to Dalys Kezar for his expertise. I was amazed at how well he walked Don (the owner) through connecting all the different cords and boxes that it takes to run the THRIVE system. We had to close the previous night due to some equipment failure, no fault of THRIVE. It turned out that one component went bad and fried another.
