I have eaten here a few times, but only for convenience. The last time I was there the lady said she would drop my toast down when it was ready. I was halfway through my breakfast and decided to go and collect it myself, it was sitting on the counter and she handed it to me. It was freezing cold. Granted, I should have asked for another slice. But I was thinking I would be finished my breakfast before I got my toast. Generally the food is just 'ok' and the staff and nice. The prices are as you would expect slightly overpriced for breakfast joint.

I would have more photos and videos, only for some reason the girl who worked there told me I couldn't record video or take photos. I asked why not, and she just said 'you can't' . So that's that then

Staff extremely rude. Waited over two hours and food never showed up and was rude when I rang about it

Had coffee and cake with my brother her great place for a quiet chat

Avoid this premises or enter at your own risk !
Food is truly awful.
Dried up,reheated and served tepid at best.
Staff unsmiling and unfriendly and not helpful at all.
The staff come across as they are doing you a favour by bothering to take and service your order.
Add in " Ants" everywhere on the floor and you can understand why this is a zero rated review
**** I brought the manager to the table and showed her the ants milling about, she then presumed to say she couldn't see them,when I pointed out that this was very unhygienic, I was given a blank stare and she replied "I don't know about this"
She should, as she as manager is responsible for the restaurant meeting FSA standards.
Note to owner
Clean your business .
Employ people who want to work there and make sure they speak and understand the language if they're dealing with the general public,
A good grasp of customer service never goes amiss as in "please and thank you" are usually the norm especially when your customers offer the same .
Make sure the food is freshly cooked in the first instance and not left to slowly lose any resemblance to something edible by being in a tray all day,

Ussualy don't comment but today I couldn't just ignore, I was waiting for chicken nuggets 25 minutes,because staff forgot to cook them, Ok I thought everyone is doing mistakes, when chicken nuggets was ready, the chips was freezen cold, so had to go and ask to bring me fresh chips. Staff also need some training on customer service and ask well improve English language!!!

Come here fairly regularly usually after a hospital visit. Breakfast is always top notch. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommended

I recommend this restaurant, it is a good place to relax after you have done the shopping or when you want to meet friends, here is the right place. you can drink a coffee from Insomnia or even from O'Graham on both sides and they are really good, in the morning you have a great offer at O'Graham until 11 o'clock any coffee is 2.25. The food is good and fresh every day. The staff is very nice and smiling.

I love eating at this restaurant in Artane Castle! The staff can be rude and unpleasant at times which could put you off! But most of them are very friendly and the food is very tasty. Recently an Insomnia opened up inside the cafe so you can get a hot dinner and a coffee from there if u wish. Food consists of chicken, beef, fish, curry, cakes no deli anymore although you can buy readymade sandwiches in Insomnia. Always busy during the week with a nice friendly vibe
